They weren't giving you points retroactively. They only started 'counting' your subscription for free points at the start of July (I think). You weren't shortchanged any.

You started gathering points in July, not just from the beginning of your subscription.

Thanks! I realize it wasn't from the beginning of my subscription just when they announced we started getting them. I just wasn't sure of how many we should have gotten. Thanks again.

The maximum number of points possible, if you were a Tier 9 VIP when Convergence launched, is 1750. I would think you should have been closer to 1600, given the four months that they were left to accrue.

It was 3 months (July, August, September). However, some people got an extra allotment of points for unknown reasons. (Player speculation says they awarded September's twice.)
(My VIP account got 1600 points: 4 months' worth of points out of 3 months. My preemie account got 1200 points: 3 months worth of points, but was only subscribed for TWO months.)

OK I have a question that I really can't remember. Being a almost 6 year vet I was paying when they announced we would start earning points some months back. Now my problem is I don't remember how far back that was but when we got the Headstart for VIP's I only had 1200 points, that doesn't seem right to me and i was wondering is that how much we should have had or did I get shorted?
