I'm not really sure how much utility there is in seeing what level/server your characters are... but I've been working on a couple apps for Android to do other things (ooo mystery!) 
I don't believe a third party app could get the information about your characters/servers without doing a bit of reverse engineering, which'd likely not go over too well with Paragon/NC... although, it could theoretically be paired with a program that runs on your machine (similar to Titan Sentinal or Hero Stats) that records that information and stores it somewhere else (but, again, would people really be interested in that? I generally remember what level the characters I care about are...).

Weren't the devs working on a web page at one point that would do this? Seem to recall something about the project being scrapped because it would take up too much of the servers' resources...

What I would love to see is "Mids Hero and Villain Builder for the Android" . . . the ability to work on builds while sitting around waiting for someone to show up, and then e-mail them to myself for use later . . .

I've in the past worked on a variety of projects that'd love to have access to the powers (the latest one being an app that'd find the absolute best attack chain of a given length, with a given set of powers... although the crazily large processing requirements didn't help with that too much either), I've even started trying to create my own (there are a lot of powers in the game!
)... Maybe one day I've actually spent more than a few classes sketching out a touch interface for a character designer, a few of which I actually rather liked on paper... But now I'm just rambling

There are iPhone apps which lets you see the powers called 'Meek Hero Browser' (which is free) and 'Meek Hero Builder' (which costs £1.99)
I'm sure this fantastic community could make an app that works with the Titan Network to show your character information

I was going through my Android market and saw a app for.........WOW (sorry almost threw up there) and was wondering hey wouldn't it be nice for a COH app. Now in no way do I claim to know anything about app building but wouldn't it be cool to have an app that I can view my toons on my servers. See what level they are or what powers they have. I think that would be pretty cool. Just my thought, what do you think?
