  1. Not Sure if these still apply. But I had copied this from the previous attempt of Incarnates:

    Cardiac (Common) - 33% END
    Cardiac Radial (Uncommon) - 33% END / 20% RES
    Cardiac Core (Uncommon) - 33% END / 20% range
Cardiac Partial Core Revamp (Rare) - 33% END / 20% RES, range
Cardiac Total Core Revamp (Rare) - 45% END / 20% range
Cardiac Partial Radial Revamp (Rare) - 33% END, fear / 20% RES / 10% range
Cardiac Total Radial Revamp (Rare) - 33% END, sleep / 20% RES / 10% range
Cardiac Core Paragon (Very Rare) - 45% END / 20% RES, range
Cardiac Radial Paragon (Very Rare) - 33% END, fear, sleep, intangible / 20% RES

    Musculature (Common) - 33% DMG
Musculature Radial (Uncommon) - 33% DMG, DefDebuff
Musculature Core (Uncommon) - 33% DMG, immob
Musculature Partial Core Revamp (Rare) - 33% DMG, immob, DefDebuff
Musculature Total Core Revamp (Rare) - 45% DMG / 33% immob
Musculature Partial Radial Revamp (Rare) - 33% DMG, DefDebuff / 20% ToHitDebuff / 16.5% immob
Musculature Total Radial Revamp (Rare) - 33% DMG, DefDebuff, EndMod / 16.5% immob
Musculature Core Paragon (Very Rare) - 45% DMG / 33% immob, DefDebuff
Musculature Radial Paragon (Very Rare) - 33% DMG, immob, DefDebuff, EndMod, run / 20% ToHitDebuff

    Nerve (Common) - 33% ACC
    Nerve Radial (Uncommon) - 33% ACC / 20% DEF
Nerve Core (Uncommon) - 33% ACC, hold
Nerve Partial Core Revamp (Rare) - 33% ACC, hold / 20% DEF
Nerve Total Core Revamp (Rare) - 45% ACC / 33% hold
Nerve Partial Radial Revamp (Rare) - 33% ACC, taunt / 20% DEF / 16.5% hold
Nerve Total Radial Revamp (Rare) - 33% ACC, confuse / 20% DEF / 16.5% hold
    Nerve Core Paragon (Very Rare) - 45% ACC / 33% hold / 20% DEF
Nerve Radial Paragon (Very Rare) - 33% ACC, hold, taunt, confuse, fly / 20% DEF

    Spiritual (Common) - 33% RECH
Spiritual Radial (Uncommon) - 33% RECH, heal
Spiritual Core (Uncommon) - 33% RECH, stun
Spiritual Partial Core Revamp (Rare) - 33% RECH, stun, heal
Spiritual Total Core Revamp (Rare) - 45% RECH / 33% stun
Spiritual Partial Radial Revamp (Rare) - 33% RECH, heal, slow / 16.5% stun
Spiritual Total Radial Revamp (Rare) - 33% RECH, heal / 20% ToHit / 16.5% stun
Spiritual Core Paragon (Very Rare) - 45% RECH / 33% stun, heal
Spiritual Radial Paragon (Very Rare) - 33% RECH, heal, stun, slow, jump / 20% ToHit

    45% = (45/3 = 15) + (45/1.5 * 0.15 = 4.5) = +19.5%
    33% = (33/3 = 11) + (33/1.5 * 0.15 = 3.3) = +14.3%
    20% = (20/3 = 6.67) + (20/1.5 * 0.15 = 2) = +8.67%
    16.5% = (16.5/3 = 5.5) + (16.5/1.5 * 0.15 = 1.65) = +7.15%
    10% = (10/3 = 3.33) + (10/1.5 * 0.15 = 1) = +4.33%

to clarify, even if you're at the ED cap already, you'll get the amount specified on the right. So for all the +33% damages, even if all your powers are ED-capped, you'll still see an increase of 14.3% at the least. If you aren't ED-capped to an attribute, like END, you could see up to the full 33-45%.

    Blue COP 10/17

Missions on a train would be be fairly simple. Look at the way ships are set up inside.

I like the Old West and Ancient Egypt idea, but to add to the historical scene... Summerian, Aztec, Mayan, Pumapunku

Space Station, Moon Base, and underwater bases have always been on the top of want lists.

Unless the Shadow Shard is to get a complete makeover including the TFs, I would not want it to be Co-Op. As it is no one goes there except for the badges and to get a jet pack.

    Giant Coucil/5th Column Robot
like the one in the Striga TF, ITF, and the Future Atlas. Either as a Striga Zone Event or a seperate TF/SF.
  5. My Bane "El Estrago" dinged 50 when he beat Statesman in the VEAT Mission.
  6. Looks like I19 is what they wanted in GR, but didn't have time for. I am not complaining, I am glad they waited to get it right.

I'd still like to see the charcters in RogueIsles Villains and Paragon Heroes, that appear as Rogue Gallery in the Tip/Morality missions with the expanded levels bf added to AE.
  7. I like the Zombie Apocalypse better than "Supernatural Activity"

    Costumes!

I quit trying to follow those art threads. There were just too many of them. But the things I'd like to see are:

a traditional Robin Hood like hat
Hats and helms for some of the monsterous heads.(The Egyptian one would be great for Mythological toons)
    Skirts/Kilts/Shorts for Monsterous Legs
Some Leggings for Monsterous Legs instead of Boots(using some of the current styles like Valkerie, Stealth, Tech, etc)
Reptile scales, Monsterous Hair, Bio(s), Insect, Organics, as a Skin type
More Gloves for Monsterous Hands (Vanguard esp since we have to earn them)
  9. Last The devs mentioned was if Illusion was ported it would probably be modified for MMs.

    Merged Monorails and Ferries
So will PI and Talos link up with Rogue Isles via the Ferry's?

Mission Architect Enhancements: The Tunnels and Tech map sets are now available in Mission Architect. You can now also select the Praetorian Clockwork, Destroyers, Resistance, Praetoria Police Department, Seers, Ghouls, and the Syndicate as Mission Architect NPC groups.
Can we get the expanded level ranges of the "Rogues Gallery" toons from the tip missions. Instead of the limited levels available in the Rogue Isle Villains and Paragon Heroes categories?

  13. In Today's Patch Notes (10/05)

    CITY OF VILLAINS
    Dominators

Mace Mastery - fixed availability of Personal Force Field; the power was not unlocking properly

  14. From the 9/28 Patch notes:

    Controllers

Mace Mastery/Personal Force Field - This power has been replaced with Focused Accuracy.

On my Ice/Icy Dom, the PFF is disabled. So was it unintenionally removed from Doms, also. Or did they just not update the notes to include Doms. This really puts a damper on my build if so.
  15. If the Leader DC's or someone quits an SF/TF sometimes a mission on a SF/TF becomes bugged. Everyone needs to stay out of the mission and the current leader logs out and then back in. He/She will still be on the SF/TF and the new leader goes and talks to contact, not call. This usually solves the problem.

    COP again...

Bad date and time for me.
  17. The problem is any thing that makes a positive effect to players(too easy or exploitable) will be fixed before any bugs that effect players negatively. A perfect example is the Lag on the Moutain with a the Generals on ITF, it has been there since the begining, and they have done nothing about it.
  18. I never ubderstood why we pay DR and Lawyers so much. All through their careers they are "practicing", none of them really know what they are doing.
  19. What I find funny is that most of the specific missions mentioned are Blue side. And people have complained about those forever.

The Cake Room Should be removed from Paper Missions.

The Council/5th Column room is not bad. Easiest way to do it, once you enter, go down and work your way up.

The CoT Portal rooms I love the portals are usually decent xp/inf great for farming. Now the CoT maps with multiple Portals linking to other areas on the map just suck for MM's because the MM goes one place and who knows where the pets go. Sometimes it is best just to /releasepets and resummon.

A defeat all on the multi-layer Arachnos map is the worse, A Ramp up and Ramp down(another down from that one) and 2 elevators to other parts of the room. A mob could get knocked of or jump off and be stuck somewhere between the actual platforms. And you have to fly around to find them.

Yes the kill 20 Council in the Pit is bad mainly because everything in the Pit area is 24+ and you can get that at 20. But luckily there are not many hunt missions red side.

Any defeat all that has Phase and Run or teleporting enemies.
  20. I like [Limitless Radial Freeeem] better

SO if you are looking for a flash back mission...you might want to check to see if the old defeat missions are offered.....though....i am guessing the flash back system probably doesnt have all the old missions.....

Its a neat system.....but its missing missions is a list that is very large....cant even go back and do preatorian arcs.

Its like the Mission architect...no matter how many times you send in a report about missing items...you will probably never see it...becasue they just dont care.

My favorite thing about the flash back missions is that some of them dont work very well when you flash back.....i did this one where you have to eliminate the skulls and clock work.....it puts me down levels...so that the enemies inthe mission where all 6 levels higher then me....nice flash back.
The flashback system only contains badge missions and story arcs. All others are not available.

The Skulls and Clock mission sounds like a bug.

    Team quit rant

I hardly ever team for normal missions. I may join to help with an AV/EB mission.

As for TF/SF's I usually stay to the end, there are a few exceptions of me intentionally quitting one.
    1. The team is not a team, but a bunch of individuals that want to do it their way.
    2. The Dictator. Anyone who projects themselves a power hungery fool because they have the star.

Pet Peeve - Leaders who assume that everyone is joining to do it their way without telling them their way. ie speed run, normal run, herding, etc.
