My City Was Gone
Very cool
Is this unlocking just one Incarnate level, or the 3-4 that Postron mentioned when the 1st level was excluded from GR???
<edit>

Very interesting, looking forward to the new content.
New animations are good.
Merging the transit system >.> about time. I'm still confused on hero side (I started out as villain).
And letting us enter Praetoria is great.

A fantastic Issue!
Merged Monorails and Ferries: The Transit Authorities in Paragon City and the Rogue Isles have made major improvements to the monorail and ferry system by merging their respective routes. All monorails can now travel to every monorail station on the Green and Yellow Line, while all ferries can now travel to every ferry station in the Rogue Isles. |

Mission Architect Enhancements: The Tunnels and Tech map sets are now available in Mission Architect. You can now also select the Praetorian Clockwork, Destroyers, Resistance, Praetoria Police Department, Seers, Ghouls, and the Syndicate as Mission Architect NPC groups. |

You have enemies? Good. That means you've stood up for something, sometime in your life. Winston Churchill
So it from the sound of it, the new Fitness is an Inherent pool, rather than four additional inherent powers like everyone's been suspecting? Meaning the only difference is that the powers can be picked up earlier without prerequisites, and don't count towards the four pool cap? I am totally not knocking this and love the idea 'cause it'll still make the lower levels a lot nicer (while making it less necessary to figure out how to respec all my characters!), but am I totally misreading the blurb there?
Players can freely choose between any or all of the Fitness powers for available character power slots |
Personally, I would've liked to see some story stuff not tied to GR. That being said, I'm absolutely amazed at all the new stuff they're throwing in here.
Whatever that Monster is attacking Ourobouras I want a piece of it.
Is it Lusca's momma?

Sounds like it's just the Alpha slot for now, since they didn't mention any other Incarnate abilities. I assume we'll see several more in Issue 20.

That said, I didn't expect so many goodies in i19. I love the QoL touches liked the merged tram lines. And I'm totally looking forward to the new TFs--with the new tech that was developed for GR, I'm expecting great things.
