Renault SF is broken, avoid it!
Did Barracuda die in the first mission? IIRC, it's working as intended for you to have to redo the mission until she lives through the end.
If the Leader DC's or someone quits an SF/TF sometimes a mission on a SF/TF becomes bugged. Everyone needs to stay out of the mission and the current leader logs out and then back in. He/She will still be on the SF/TF and the new leader goes and talks to contact, not call. This usually solves the problem.

Yes, but why were the lowbies brought up to be 30 instead of 29?
It's not just Renault, and it doesn't happen every time. I've run into the same issue on a Sister Psyche with the 3rd mission repeating itself 3 times before we gave up. Did it again a week later and it ran fine.
File your bug report, be as thorough as possible, but until this starts happening more than once in a blue moon, it should be a YMMV warning instead of a DO NOT DO THIS SF kind of warning.

If the leader was higher than 30 exemped to 30, the lowbies will always SK up to 30.
If the leader is a real 30, they'll SK to 29. |
Example: The leader of a level 30 TF is level 38. Everyone on the team is thus SKed up to level 37. When you start the TF it only checks your current level, since it sees you as being level 37 it exemps you to 30 because you are above the max level of the TF.
Pretty sure it's working as intended.

I just had this happen on Tarikoss. Having the leader logout after the mission and the new leader talking to the contact cleared the mission and opened up the next one.
Sure, it may seem a good thing that sub-30s are somehow brought up to 30 for the SF and not 29, but that may be part of the problem. Okay, the first mission is "completable," but immediately makes you do the same mission again. Renault would also not recognize the team leader as the team leader.
