I agree THB, Its getting to the point now where all I toggle back on is Super Speed and Sprint just because I miss the boat on the next mob if I toggle the rest on. I, personally, would very much appreciate toggle suppression when shifting and hope for something in the future.
Oh....and a reduction to form shift animation timeEven if it means a new animation entirely!

As to gimping the builders by requesting that epic ancillary, I should have clarified...it's also a concept character, thus the need for fly. With that said, I guess I should amend it to "The most survivable build within these parameters".

Why would you want lvl 33 enhs? Is it something to do with it being the happy medium between highest possible stats and lowest exemp lvl? or is it something to do with sell on prices?

And i would just like to point out that asking for high survivability and then making us choose an epic that reduces our survivability makes no sense, you could get alot more from your toon if you picked up the def shield which would free up alot of slot space and cut costs, just my 2 inf

i would just advise going scrapper....an elec/sd scrappers get more out of elec melee and shields than a brute does

If you're not comfortable building your own PC then it's probably best not to attempt it without help, but I would strongly recommend reading up on general specs so you know what you're after when looking at pre-built machines. Almost every one will have a couple of components that aren't really want you need.

the current laptop im on (family laptop, cant take it with me) can run on recommended and has:
- AMD Phenom II X4 Mobile Processor N930 (2 GHz)
- ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470
- 4GB DDR3 Memory
- 320 GB HDD
How do i go about achieving these sort of specs but in desktop form?
