What is the down side to a full damage build anyway? I know I can go for defense but I'm a blaster. I have no HP and crap natural defense and nothing will change that. My thinking here is to amplify my role as a damage dealer because that is what a blaster is built for. Would you clarify your opinion?
To what soft cap? Also, what is the softcap? I was told blaster damage is capped at 800%. I just want to be as super-humanly close to that as possible without reds.

About your build, I'd recommend a more balanced approach.
First of all the build is very expensive. I haven't checked the purples market since the new issue hit but I can't see them going down significantly in price. High level play, especially the incarnate stuff, focuses on team balance. Somebody in your party should have a bubble of some kind that can push you to the defense cap. If you're already soft capped you gain no benefit from your teammate's buff and it goes to waste. This goes for pretty much everything with two exceptions. Stealth and recovery. 50 blasters should always be in stealth. Trying to do the second phase of the Lambda trial is a nightmare. With it it's cake. As for recovery you should be constantly pressing buttons. Running out of blue bar means that you can no longer press buttons. Bad.
Here's the build I swear by. It's more damaging than your build because it allows you to constantly cycle through it's strongest attacks while being able to maintain the 6 toggles including the aura and hot feet. All this without developing an addiction to blue inspirations. Good luck to you.

5 slots of kismet for a 3.75% recharge bonus seems wasteful considering not all of your attacks are slotted to the ed cap for dmg (6th slot in your blasts for a devastation quad perhaps, FSC properly slotted, more recharge in fireball would also be nice). Is this bonus helping you get to some specific goal? (perma-hasten, required recharge numbers for some attack chain, something else mebbe?)
You missed an opportunity to slot an LotG in PFF. Dropping the -kb io from FoN, you can get kb protection from a BotZ in teleport (or SS if you move the stealth proc to sprint).
Yay someone else who wants to build for damage. I can help with this. I am a dissenting opinion here on the boards, most of the people here will tell you to go with soft cap defense to either smashing/lethal or ranged. I have played both softcap defense builds and my own damage builds. My preference is the damage build. Please note that I'm not saying softcap defense builds are bad. I just prefer my Blasters with a lot more BLAM.
Here are my two current High Damage - High Recharge Builds. The damage buff section in the set bonus totals does not account for the approximate 30% from musclulature core paragon and the 10.5% from assault and yes the do matter.
This one is working on his last few teir 4 incarnate powers. Other than that he is done.

This next one is still a work in progress. It is harder to play, maxes out higher, and has a higher maintained dps. This one has more BLAM packed into a squishy frame than can be achieved without kinetics support and can reach damage softcap on its own with a maxed out soul drain + aim + 10% additional defiance buff. Consider that before you use an ageless destiny soul drain is on for 30s and up every 34s and aim is on for 10s and up every 30s on this build.

I'm sure this has been done/asked a million times but I have my own build now. Let me know what you think or would change (travel powers are not a must for me). I went with a full damage build (or tried to) cause that's what a Fire/Fire/Fire is built for. I want to be a one man wrecking crew. My main goal is to be able to nuke mobs left and right even if that can one shot me (thought a little def never hurt). So what do you think?
