She dc-ed during the cutscene and hasn't been able to log back in to accept the rez.

It's the Brain in a Jar, tinted black, with the Bio Plasma aura.

Holler if anything goes askew with your Statesman Salute rewards. An 11 hour lapse shouldn't have any impact. It would need to be closer to 24-48 hours. On the off chance it does, CS can take care of it for you.

Quote:That could be due to your e-mail client/provider blocking external images from displaying. There's almost no text in the newsletters, so it would look like it's empty. I know my Gmail account does that by default. There should be a way to either disable that feature, or add an exception on a per-sender basis. As to the OP, try a script blocker, since it doesn't seem a provider solution is coming anytime soon.
Just thought I should mention this here, in case anyone has ideas. I was one of those who did sign up and had always received the newsletters in my gmail. Yet since , I think Freedom , all my emails have been content blank, as in I see the headers an footers but that's it, everything in the middle is cleared out. After clicking the link mentioned in the posts above , I'm guessing it's region locked. (No my filters are off for COH related stuff ) -
Quote:That is something we have looked into, and are working to address. The most common causes for not receiving the newsletters are:Any chance you could look into the fact that many players (including myself) never receive such e-mails even though they have an e-mail address on file and are opted-in to receive them?
- The e-mail provider has blacklisted the COH newsletters. This can be for a variety of reasons such as the rate the newsletters are sent out, or issues with the header information.
- The customer never opted in. (It's surprisingly more difficult than it seems to sign up for these newsletters.)
We're working on addressing the former through a variety of methods, including an upgrade to the e-mail system, as well as contacting the appropriate providers.
We're working on the latter by setting up methods to more easily subscribe/unsubscribe to e-mail newsletters.
Neither resolution, unfortunately, is coming "soon." -
We never include any popup ads, or even basic javascript functionality in the e-mails.
The most recent e-mail should look just like this, with no popups or non-COH ads.

If you're seeing any non-NCsoft advertising or popups when viewing our e-mail newsletters, it's highly likely due to a third party application. -
Quote:It's usually the theater management that determines how often a film plays in what format. Considering the markup on 3D films, I would guess that technical or logistical conflicts would be the more likely cause for not showing the film in 3D.You know what? I don't mind that. I've always been willing to pay for comfort. If that means paying for a 3D movie and then paying to NOT see it in 3D, that's better than not seeing the movie at all because some ******* marketing exec decided to not run a single non-3D showing in the only decent cinema in town.

It's obvious that the grief was so overwhelming, even the spellchecker was affected.

It's First Ward. If you go to the outer edges, you'll see those areas.

Did you buy a completely new system with new everything? If so, who is the manufacturer, what's the motherboard and how powerful is the power supply? It would help to know what we're dealing with now.
What error message, if any, are you seeing with the graphics card, and are you running the latest version of catalyst drivers for the correct OS? (32 bit vs 64 bit) -
How are you connecting your old drive to the new system? USB? SATA? Depending on your interface, your new system might have difficulty reading the old drive, particularly if you set the old drive to be bootable.
In theory, if you put in your old drive into the new computer as the primary drive, it should boot up, and allow you to log in enough to make a backup. But it'll be stop and go. -
Literally billions of Vigilahn-tays all over the world can now sigh in relief.

I'm pretty sure it's not "decimate."

The URL in the newsletter is for the Accounts Management page, which is currently inaccessible due to maintenance.
That's why the maintenance page is coming up. Once the maintenance is complete, the link should take you to Account Management. -

The composer is Jason Graves. Jason also created the soundtrack for City of Heroes Going Rogue.

Quote:The promotion ended yesterday, which is why you were running into this issue today.I have followed Lisar in her steps to achieve the mighty EXPIRED code!!!
However, we were able to re-extend it for an additional week. Please try re-entering the code you received. It should now be redeemable. -
I was not specific enough. I meant try creating a new character that would start in Atlas Park or Mercy Isles. I believe those zones load up first.
If the character is Praetorian, that may not be available until Stage 4 is complete.
This is all assuming that Stage 3 is fully downloaded and installed. If not, then you'll need to wait. But even in that scenario, you should still be able to create a new character as long as you start the tutorial, because the tutorial loads before the starting zones. -
That's the new Quick Downloader. It downloads and installs the game in chunks, instead of all at once, so you can get in faster. Stage 1-3 sets up the character creator, tutorial, and starting zones. Stage 4 is everything else.
In other words, everything should be okay. Wait until stage 4 is complete to access your existing characters. Alternatively, try creating a new character. -
Hi all,
I can't speak to what gets players into a beta, but I can confirm that being subscribed to the COH newsletter has no impact. -
Quote:Brad,Oh, I just spotted a minor issue with it. The first character portrayed is wearing the coat from the Magic pack - does it also come with the Steampunk pack? If not, there's a smidgen of false advertising going on here.
The jacket shown in the trailer is in fact a new jacket that comes with the Steampunk Pack. -
Quote:And now for the official third time.....We were told by a redname (twice, if I recall) that it is not a problem. Even if your account actually LAPSES, as long as you reactivate on the same day it lapsed, it counts as continuously active.
If your City of Heroes account is deactivated and then reactivated within the same day, it should not impact your eligibility for the Seven Years of Super offer.
Though I would recommend that you not wait until the end of the day to do so, or wait several hours before reactivating. This may cause billing issues which could take unnecessary time and effort to resolve. -
In theory, even if your account was temporarily cancelled due to swapping payment methods, as long as your account was technically active during the day, you'll be fine.
Now if your account is active today, inactive tomorrow, and stays inactive all day tomorrow, then there may be complications. -
It was taken in the Vanguard base in RWZ. It's the briefing room on the right-ish as you head in.
