If you're talking about those three NPCs together in that location, I don't believe they do. The person who took that screenshot probably moved them using a demo edit, or on the devs' internal server.

you're right, those 3 don't normally appear in that location together. I'm thinking Demo Edit.

And why in the world they didn't use the No_Ring models is beyond me... I may have to recreate that using the alternate models for DW, LG and Apex.
