The Halloween costumes have never given stealth. They have always been mutually exclusive with self-granting toggle stealth powers. (IOs are OK, clicks are OK, other people's toggle stealth powers are OK, other people granting you click stealth powers are OK.)

Hero side has task forces, not strike forces; just a terminology nitpick. Don't pay it too much mind.
http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Katie_Hannon_Task_Force
Katie Hannon is unlocked by Buck Salinger. If you have not finished Bucks' arc, you cannot start KHTF. You can, however, join other characters on a KHTF if someone else has finished Buck Salinger's arc and been introduced. -
You also do not 'bank' PXP on 50s. So you'll never see the light blue PXP part of your XP bar until they raise the XP cap. (So very unlikely at this point as to be laughable.) When you log out, whatever debt you have is erased point for point by PXP earned, until there is no more debt left. After that, PXP stops; you do not accrue PXP.
-
Are you doing Ouroboros flashback missions? This is normal. There's a switch somewhere in Options to turn that off.

I did this arc yesterday for the first time, on my ill/ta controller. If there were no debt cap, I probably would have walked away from there with a couple million debt.
I had to call in help - first with Trapdoor, after which the person had to leave and I took a break, then again with Holtz/Honoree. This was mostly because my character is very oddly optimized - she is meant to be permanently part of an ill/ill duo and her other half was not present because of the weird hour I was online. (With alternating PA, she is geared more toward support/debuffing instead of damage/recharge.) -
PWiki is no longer wrong.
Going to the actual page for the accolade, here, accurately does not list any level requirement (and hasn't since the hazard zone change). -
Wouldn't this be better placed in the roleplaying forum? (The roleplaying section *does* allow OOC posts, especially ones looking for roleplayers to do something together.) I don't think the general populace would have much interest in a very-self-restricting roleplaying aspect of a game that does not require roleplaying and isn't very restrictive.

Quote:The link may have been there for a while, but the two listed for April were added yesterday sometime after noon, because they weren't there before I went to work.they link is http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showthread.php?t=251519 . It has ben up awhile.

I apologize to those who got there too late. I never leave something *I* organized because I made a counting mistake. I have never been b****ed at for it.
I have been on an attempted TF where the leader over invited and left to allow the 9th person a spot. As soon as the leader left, half the team quit, thinking the team was breaking up. So, moral of the story: don't do that, it confuses people. -
"Friday". It's a terrible song and will get stuck in your head and will never leave and eventually you will claw your own eyes out because you keep singing/humming it and then everyone around you starts singing/humming it and eventually everyone will be dead from eye-clawings.

Quote:It's a hold-over from when the difficulty options was reminiscent of a slider. You went up or down in difficulty, there wasn't "option a-1 option a-2 option a-3, option b-1, option b-2, option b-3, etc."But Technically there is no "Slider" not sure why everyone insists on calling it one.

I like the redside archetypes but I like the heroside content. I'm a good girl at heart, even if a lot of it is repetitive (plus there are more people there). I just got Going Rogue a couple days ago, so now I can even work on bringing some of my villains over to Paragon City. Exciting!

About 99% of the time, you won't get a reply from /bug. Very, very, very rarely, when you bug something QA finds incredibly interesting, you might get a response for clarification/further details/whatever.
If you want a reply, /petition. -
Each enhancement storage table can hold 100 enhancements. They cost 95k prestige, and don't take any power/control, and require being placed in a room that allows workshop items.

Do you still have the "old" updater available? Does it error when you launch through there? The OP is somewhat vague with "even after uninstalling the launcher", and not mentioning whether you meant "reinstalling the new launcher" or "uninstalling and going back to the old updater".

Then I have no idea how I did it twice with teleporters I'd created as a member of SG-A, quit, joined SG-B, dropped porters, quit, and rejoined SG-A. Perhaps a hiccup?
-
I want my end game to be optional.

Quote:Suggestion: take that character to someone else's SG that wants the upgraded generator and trade it for something (inf, salvage, recipes, spanky time, whatever floats your boat)Forgot I had already made the upgraded power generator on the first character. So I made it twice.
This is only a valid suggestion if you don't care about prestige accumulation in your member list, since leaving the SG wipes your prestige total, and it doesn't restore when re-joining. (I don't care, so I've done this before when I've accidentally made duplicates.) -
Does your mobo have a monitor plug-in? Try without your graphics card (monitor to mobo instead of monitor to graphics/graphics to mobo) to see if that's the culprit. (It may require an adapter from DVI to VGA, or something else, but those are cheap)

Quote:AV. Easy to find them in TFs and story arcs. Bring friends that will keep you standing, pound on the AV for a while. There's a pretty simple way to test this: try to get a double-miss against individual targets when no other targets are around. Not sure where you'd find something sturdy enough for that, though.
I suggest attacking with a single power to guarantee the exact same tohit chance every time. I see you're alternating attacks in all of the screenshots you've posted, so take that variable out of the picture. -
Correct. Trial accounts start you as a Praetorian. I'm not sure at what point you "unlock" the hero and villain options, but it's either at the end of the "tutorial" or soon after that according to a friend in-game who started a second account a month or so ago by trial account.
If the trial account upgrades with a "vanilla" code, they can no longer create any Praetorians and cannot log into their Praetorians they've already created. Once they apply a GR code, access is restored. -
