Not getting all recipes from IO sets in Hero Merit vendor window?

Last night, I went to buy an IO recipe from the Hero Merit vendor in Fort Trident only to discover that I am not getting all the of the recipes to show up for purchase. Anyone else getting this?

I've been buying them to equip on my heroes since they were implemented, and never had any issue. Getting this on multiple sets and some are not showing up at all.

I have no 'hide' options for recipes enabled, and am looking at the correct available level range for the sets. Any thoughts or help?

^^^^^^Hero Merits can only be used to buy RARE recipes.

^^^^^^Likely the recipes you are looking for are Uncommon, and will only be available at the regular merit vendor.

where's a strikeout code when you need it.

Ironblade states that Alignment Merits can only be spent on recipes that cost more than 100 regular merits.

Actually, no. There are some uncommons listed. The criterion for recipes showing up on the A-Merit purchase list is that their Reward Merit cost is 100 or higher.
