I don't understand. Batman and the police are doing their jobs protecting us from evil doers and then suddenly they all stop and pat each other on the backs and some guy walks in and lectures them and then they all start over. Has the world gone mad!?

Well thematically I don't see how it could be a drain so I'd bet it is something like radiation that eats away their defenses over multiple hits. Maybe it pokes holes in shielding?

In game in the incarnate create tree right click on the power and the normal info window will appear. Then you can find the powers listed for each pet.

Yep look for the NCSoft folder or a shortcut with a big N on a black background.

I played WP a lot without fighting pool early on because I wasn't a max'er and it is very survivable in teams and in ordinary missions. I only added it to my build when I had trouble on ITF. Bloody magic javelins.

It is a pbaoe aura so it is applied to the damage strength of all foes in range. This means that you can't just add them directly because the -dam is applied first and then the resistance but, yes, there will be less damage to resist. Remember that there is a -rech as well so there will also be less attacks over time.

I totally want to roll a banker now.

Do the new sets. Demon/Pain. It also rocks you don't have to heal too much.

You are supposed to be able to do the morality on the 2nd day as soon as your fame bar fills (although sometimes I've found it wouldn't drop for a long time so I waited another day).

And no the devs haven't said anything about changing this.

I've done enough daydreaming and it's just a bit of fun anyway if the idea doesn't float that's fine.

He'd be an annoying crazy hair'ed ally who keeps completing the missions before you have a chance to do them.

It's just a proposal for something a bit different than the previous sets. A lot of people don't take attacks (including me sometimes) and I feel that giving out a set that has support powers instead of attacks would be a refreshing change and a popular choice (especially if you get a cool backpack that is not just for show).

(I'll try to keep it to specific mayhem for this occasion).

When I'm bored I like to daydream new ideas and I have been bored a lot lately (except when on incarnate runs).

This set is focused on Hitech weapons, tactics and teamwork. A big feature of it is the Player's Portable Command Center Backpack.

1st tier pets: A mixture of rifle attacks, stuns and holds, Grenades and bombs.
2nd tier pets: A sniper and a mini shoulder mounted missile launcher.
3rd tier: A tp'in knife dancer/thrower. (female?).

For the player instead of attacks the backpack provides strong buffs and utilities:

1st tier: A warning system that gives all nearby pets some defense against ranged attacks as well as stuns, holds and slows.
2nd tier: Strong leadership auras however only one type can be selected at a time (different modes).
3rd tier: A pet only group recall.

For the special ability I see it as a coordinated ranged aoe attack. There would be some time spent setting up and coordinating the attacks (build up) and all the pets would draw weapons and aim. Then the player would give a signal and all pets would fire together. There would be an appropriate level of damage plus knockdown and stun procs. Of course you can add conditions to it for it to be successful, must be out of combat, fails if any pet or player takes damage, defenses are lowered while everyone is getting ready.

In my head this is already in the game and everyone loves it.

If I plow Radio's it seems to drop a lot quicker than if I speed them.
