... is something I cannot do. I've done all of the t-shooting I can do on this end afaik. Bottom line is that I can do anything at all on my PC and other PCs in the house but I cannot log into the login server. I get stopped by the usual checkyourfwallandrebootrouter nonsense and cannot proceed.

Everything has been done/tested and I was fine last night.

Any thoughts?

PS before you start asking if I've done this or that, I have. Router and modem reset, router taken out of the mix, PC reboot, ping tests (can get online fine using 5 other applications), ncsoftlauncher in use and ran the integrity check for all files, AV and FW disabled completely during all attempts past the 1st couple...

Same here. Unless the servers are actually still down, and have been down for the hour+ they have been reported as 'UP' on the Server Status page.

I'm running the NCSoft launcher and have done all the this&that testing, too.

So, yeah. Is something up?

The coh launcher is the one we're NOT using anymore. You need the NCSoftlauncher as of today...

and I wasn't aware that the servers were down overnight or early this morning. Thanks for the info though as now I will relax and just wait, hoping that that's all it is...

[EDIT:] I know I've been trying to get in for over an hour (due to the filthy lying Server Status page!), but shouldn't server maintenance be over by now, or does it normally extend beyond the time alloted (which should have ended 20 minutes ago)? I'm not usually playing at this hour, so I'm not accustomed to this.

The server status page at the main website is from 6/24. It's often very out of date. I'm sure the servers are still down for maintenance.

Correct; usually they are done in that 2 hour window but sometimes it goes over.

I hope one of the updates they do to the website today is fixing the server status page

We have been made aware that this maintenance period will run longer than expected. At the current time we do not have a new Expected Finish Time. We will provide a further update if this changes. We thank you for your patience and apologise for any inconvenience.

The servers are down EVERY Thursday morning for weekly maintenance.
This only changes on rare occasions (like long holiday weekends, etc).

I use steam and i have looked at the NCSoft launcher and it says something about city of heros test and beta. I also use a mac to add to the mash up. It also says url not found and wont load when i start the steam launcher. The NCSost launcher wont even load city of heros even though i have it installed.This problem arose the day the new launcher was manditory. I was playing the night before all right. I am very frustrated and i want steam or someone to fix this problem!
