Just to let you know, your not quite at the Smashing/Lethal Soft Cap. GI shows its unsuppressed defense. You really have 43.5%.
Here is a question for yall that have used this combo. Is just one target hit with HL enough +recov to not worry about end? or should I still slot some end reds in certain powers? -
It's the to hit check that is part of fury generation. Not them hitting you. So the -to hit of Dark/Dark doesn't matter. Its the fear and stun that keeps them from increasing fury. However, you get fury for attacking and for having mobs around you. So its not a total wash.
Invuln is tougher and better in my opinion that WP. Might be easier to level with WP though. FM/Invuln or DM/Invuln would be a fun set for just about anyone imo. Stone/WP is a good combo, as well as DM/WP. -
I'm Sure if you fiddled around, you could get that extra 5% energy/negative defense

The hamios are well worth it because they enhance 33% instead of 20% like most defense enhancements. You get more bang for your buck with them.
-
Ok. first off. You really want to scale Invincibility down to one target. Otherwise it will just inflate your defense numbers. The golden number for Reactive Armor is 4 any more is really no needed... other things too are not quite right.
I would make sure that you have 45% to Smashing/Lethal with one target in range and hopefully 45% to the other 2 sets when your surrounded. I preferably would have them all at 45%, but that might be wishful thinking. I know its possible with a DM/Invuln, but not sure with a FM/Invuln.
Here are some tweaks I made...

For endurance, I shoot to make sure my toggles never take more than half of my endurance/second.
As long as your Smashing/Lethal is 45% your fine for most of the content. I would want it higher if it was me.
Accuracy. Most of the time when I slot powers, acc is somewhere in the 200% range. It's prolly excessive, and could be less. You definitely want it above 125% (base of 75-90 -125 = 50 ish acc inhancement. -
Scrappers its BB->SB->CS->BB->SB->QS. Could prolly pop gloom in instead of QS for a little more dps. 5 stacks of Power Siphon would accrue before Gloom with this chain as well.
-
Quote:So are all powers. Temp or no. You have to achieve the correct level to get to use powers in your set.Eh, lore pets or not lore pets, you still have to work for them (grinding out trials) so its still a part of your build.
They aren't 'free' either by the same arguement. You have to work for them. Its not something you can just walk into a zone, kill some mobs, and magically get. You have literally grind trials for the iXP and the components (or spend billions of inf to do it) -
Kin Combats and LotGs can be gotten easily with A merits. Will take some time, but would be feasible and cheap.
Did a little moving of powers and stuff. I assume you want fly as a travel power.

Not saying its not soloing. Never mentioned anything about it not being soloing. I am just pointing out that its not a really big feat to get all excited about. If the only way you can solo a Boss/AV/GM is to pop a bunch of insps, use nukes, shivans, incarnate stuff. By all means do it, but don't expect people to bow down and worship you because of your awesome achievement.
-
TL: DR
Seeing a lot of comparisons to Illusion or Masterminds using pets to solo GMs. The fact of the matter is, that's their power set. Only they can have it. Lore pets and other incarnate powers are things that ANY one can get, which kind of nullifies the feat. It's the same with Shivans, Nukes and Inspirations. Give enough of those things to any toon, and they will be able to solo GMs. A Petless Force Field MM with the lore pets, shivans, nukes and insps could solo a GM. The more in common buffs you use, things that any toon can use, the less of a feat it becomes. (including IOs. Solo on SOs or IOs, the SO person has more respect from me.)
Also, Paladin is a low level GM, an even less spectacular feat.
I know, if I did that, I would be excited and thrilled, and prolly share it with people. But then I would go out and try to stretch myself even more. The special part about soloing GMs/AVs is not that you can do it, or even how easily you do it. It's how handicapped you are. The difficulty rises the more handicaps you put on yourself, as well as the respect gained. -
I would say, soft cap all 3 type sets, or just Smashing/Lethal and Energy/Negative. There is a lot of Energy getting tossed around now-a-days. You can easily do that, by using reactive armors instead of the Aegis sets. I doubt you would ever use Laser Beam Eyes, and if you wanted a ranged power, grab hurl. It's better and does a -fly. No reason to grab unstop, can put that IO somewhere else. I would also advise grabbing taunt.
-
I know that when fighting the Praetorian Clockwork, I would see damage ticks off of team mates that are orange (like I hit them) I figured it was sort of like a chaining attack that they had that once hits me, jumps off me and hits team mates. Making the game think I am hitting the team mates. Perhaps that is what you are seeing as well.
-
I would rather they had fixed the hole in the wall, than making it worth nothing to run. Sounds like they put sand in their tires instead fixing the hole in the tire. Made it completely worthless, and didn't help anything.
-
Best part is it will give you double merits. Yay 14 instead of 7. I can't wait the KHTF gets to be the WTF too!
-
I chose super inspirations (and several people have gotten 2 bil from selling them because people were using those items as money holders in the market. muahahhah). Also, I always seem to get the uncommon components, which at the moment, I don't need, and would most likely pick the wrong one for later down the road anyway.
-
Dominator's Embrace of Fire doesn't seem to have been changed. Think that was an oversight? or a deliberate thing.
-
If I had to hazard a guess, it was the Dimensional Grounding Ray from the Khan TF.
-
It's just you would prolly get a PvE build that has been slightly modified if you ask here. Better to ask the people who actually PvP.
-
Wow... After coming back to this thread I realize you were asking about the presence pool, not Leadership. (I must not have read carefully)
Nothing in the presence pool is useful. Only a tanker-mind finds use for Provoke. The fear is mag 2, so it doesn't work on bosses. And the AoE fear lasts 8 seconds, recharges in 60, and costs a quarter of your endurance. The two taunts are not useful for a stalker, you have a power that every stalker gets just to SHED aggro, why get a power to add aggro.
The presence pool is overly un-useful. -
I suggest trying the PvP builds forum. Most people in this forum know little to nothing about PvP and could not care less about it I believe. I don't mean to speak for everyone on the scrapper forums, however.
-
You can make Indom Will Perma have it so on my Fire/Kin. Also try rolling a scrapper/tank/brute/stalker or a FF or Sonic defender, troller, MM, Corr. (the big bubble of protection grants mez prot but sleep).
