EM/Nin build PvP
I suggest trying the PvP builds forum. Most people in this forum know little to nothing about PvP and could not care less about it I believe. I don't mean to speak for everyone on the scrapper forums, however.
Your character does not have capped defense. Depending on your AT the cap is between 175% - 225%. Your defense is not teal in the combat window, it can go higher. STOP SAYING IT IS CAPPED! The correct term is Soft Cap.
I enjoy playing in Mids. I specialize in Melee Characters, other AT's usually bore me.
Oh ok, just that you guys helped me with my bs/regen PvP build 2 months ago >< and the PvP forum seems a little quiet. But i'll give it a try.
It's just you would prolly get a PvE build that has been slightly modified if you ask here. Better to ask the people who actually PvP.

My computer is a little messed up and I can't open mids so I'll just tell you how to make a build.
How to make a pvp stalker build, regardless of primary and secondary:
Slot AS with three Nucleolus and three melee procs, preferably glad strike, hecatomb, and mako's bite.
Slot Spirit Shark with three Nucleolus and three ranged procs. There are only three procs you can slot into this power, so it needs to be the glad jav, apoc, and explosive strike procs
As far as set bonuses go:
You'll want a good amount of accuracy. 60% is a good amount to go for. Some people like to go for damage bonuses but I've never found them to be all that helpful.
You want to cap your HP. Since every other form of staying alive gets DR'd away, HP is the best way to stay alive.
If you're on something that doesn't have built in KB resistance (nin, elec, and some other stuff I dont remember), you'll want to toss in about 40 points of kb protection. Karmas and steadfasts + acro will do the job.
That's all you are going to need basically. You may want to slot one more attack for damage (ET or TF in your case) in case the person youre attacking is bad and doesnt run away when you AS them.
Oh, if you dont feel like making a good build, or don't have the cash, just make a /WP stalker. It has auto capped HP essentially and decent resists built in, so you can honestly pvp with just SO's okay. I'd recommend getting some acc though.
There. Now you can make a stalker build. Oh yeah, go to the pvp forums for pvp build help. No offense to any on the scrap forums but 99% of pve players don't know how to make a pvp build. The rules in pvp are completely different and you really have to understand the different rules to make a decent pvp build.
Tp foe isn't worth taking because they are phased now
after being teleported

Set of 5 hecas including the proc and a glad strike works well and if you slot for 35ish damage and get the t3 musculature alpha you should be hitting for alot

Yes, i know this is scrapper forums but you guys seem to be the best number crunchers and stalkers are melee so it's not totally "out of ur jurisdiction".
Ok so i looked at one of the only other EM/nin builds i could find and played with it to how i think i'd like it.
My goal is to be purely hit and run stalker in zone pvp. I took tp so i could tp heroes/vills (if i switch sides ^^) to me if they're standing in a crowd. There are several set bonusses to increase run speed etc and lower slowing effects on me, I also tried to have as high a ranged def as possible, since i'll be running alot. This is again to "Hit And Run". Im also not concerened about my regen/recovery because.... i'll be running ><
NOTE: i screwed up one of the slots, theres an extra (and impossible) slot on sj, imagen putting that anywhere u'd like.
Please critique nicely (if possible) and maybe post a better one? REMEMBER, "Hit and Run" is key.
Thanks in advance.
