I went with mako sets instead of tod in melée attacks, better overall Stats and ranged defense, figured things would be shooting at me. For AS, I went 3 acc/dam ho's, and 3 procs. For spirit shark I used the ranged damage purple set.

Barb swipe is being taken because it does more damage in
pvp zones than the next attack and recharges faster.

Is it possible to softcap defense outside of a tier 9
in a pvp zone?
