Not to mention the survey was from October of 2008...haha, sorry to burst your "been working on it a long time!" bubble, CandE.

No you do have to have CoH to buy Going Rogue, it is an expansion, and yes they will have all new ATs - the ones that start in the grey alignment area
[/ QUOTE ]I haven't seen any information about any "new ATs that start in the grey alignment area". Praetoria allows current heroes to go through the gray area to become a villain, and a villain to go through the gray area to become a hero. -
[ QUOTE ]
So from what I've heard you don't have to have City of Heroes/Villains in order to play Going Rogue.
[/ QUOTE ]You heard wrong. Going Rogue requires CoX to play.
Going Rogue FAQ

Q: Do I have to own City of Heroes or City of Villains to be able to play the Going Rogue expansion?
A: Yes.

But inv isn't sparkly/shiny on villainside. You turn into a blob of purplish black crap.
Inv is very shiny heroside, though. -
Most people don't like feeling weaker outside of domination, so people work hard to get perma-dom. This creates "haves" and "have-nots", people who have permadom greatly outperform people who do not.
Shifting the domination damage buff to affect the whole time instead of just inside domination gets rid of the have/have-not feel. -

Whole wheat white bread is GOOD! I hate wheat bread...if I didn't eat potato bread (best breadstuff on earth!), I would totally be eating whole wheat white bread.

Bumping is against the rules. If no one responds, then no one responds. If you really want the devs to see your suggestion(s), PM them. Otherwise, let the thread die a graceful death.

Sorry guys but for those not paying attention - As of i13 if you have not started the arc it is no longer available - the devs nerfed it! Harvey WAS indeed the contact.

From the other thread:

Just so you are aware - you cannot get the Demon Farm from Harvey anymore, back when i13 came out, if you were not already starting the arc, the mission for that was pulled by the devs, it is no longer available!
[/ QUOTE ]Uh, I highly doubt that. I can confirm it later on tonight or tomorrow if someone hasn't gotten to it yet.

you could always take the easy way out and do a ouroboros mission, that will unlock them too.
[/ QUOTE ]Ouroboros does not do anything for unlocking live-game contacts, except unlockable TF contacts (Hess, Katie Hannon). -

This bug has been around alot longer then I12.
[/ QUOTE ]Right. I was locked out of Khelds once before there were IOs, so before Issue 9. -
Comparing GvE and AEbox, mishport has no place because it's Mac Edition.

these powers' damage cannot be enhanced by any means--buffs, Build-Up, Inspirations, Fury, etc.

no mention of recharge buffs...
and wikia does not seem to mention anything about that:
[link to wikia]
[/ QUOTE ]Wikia is outdated, etc etc etc
http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Veteran_Reward_Powers
All powers except powers that directly ignore recharge bonuses (Against All Odds, pet's powers (not the powers we fire, but the powers THEY fire), etc.) are affected by global recharge.
All powers are affected by global accuracy/tohit.
Vet powers are not affected by any other buff. They can, however, have their damage increased by having the TARGET get resistance DEBUFFS.
All other temporary powers are item-by-item different. -
I have, people I know have, and people all over the forums have. So yeah. It's definitely possible.

ANY EU code will give you access to heroes and villains on the EU servers. MAKE SURE you are getting an *EU* code before you make purchases. And MAKE SURE you are downloading the *EU* client to play the EU version on. It's separate from the US client.
Architect Edition is just another retail version, available as a physical box or an online purchase. -
http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Temporary_Powers
This page has whether you can re-earn the temp power or not.
EDIT: Huh...apparently it doesn't...I thought it had. It lists if you can re-earn them with normal use, re-earn them with "echo" use, or lose them upon mish-complete/mish-turnin. But it doesn't say if you can't get them at all.
Looks like something we need to cook up. -

... can pick up to the third tier in one of the four travel power pools at level 6 with no prerequisite.
[/ QUOTE ]
The travel power is the second tier. The first two powers are both first tier.
Note: You still must have two powers from the pool in order to pick the third tier power (Acrobatics, Vengeance, etc.).
[/ QUOTE ](re-fixed original quote)
Common convention labels them as "first power in the set, tier 1. second power in the set, tier 2. third power in the set, tier 3. fourth power in the set, tier 4." So Super Jump is tier 3; Acrobatics is tier 4.
This is the same as with primary powersets, where the Tier 1 and Tier 2 powers are both selectable at level 1.
[/ QUOTE ]
Ah, but common sense would have us instead calling them Tier 1 for both the first and second power, as we can choose either before choosing anything afterwords.
[/ QUOTE ]So what tier is Punch? Tier 1 or Tier 2? Is Dawn Strike T8 or T14? Or maybe it's T9, because it's a nuke? Due to variations between AT and the 60mo vet reward, it's far simpler and less confusing to name the tiers based on the ordering of the powers, rather than the level the powers become available.
[/ QUOTE ]
True. And for powersets, the devs do it that way as well. Apparently, though since pool power access is the same for all, they call both of the first two tier 1.
[/ QUOTE ]They might say it that way off-the-cuff, but any official posts I've seen have always used common convention, not this weirdling way. -

where can i see the i15 trailer, i never seen it?
[/ QUOTE ]There is none.
The Going Rogue trailer is at the Going Rogue site.

Custom power selections are on test right now, if you didn't realize.
All critters must take the first two powers of each set. Then, based on rank and difficulty, you can add powers up to what is maximum allowed for that rank/diff. You can't, for instance, give Energy Blast's Tier 9, Nova, to a minion. -
/bind numpad1 "local Level $level $archetype LFT$$petsayname Cadre <em binoculars>"
Your quotes are in the wrong place.
Also note that henchmen emotes were broken...I don't know if they have been fixed or not. I don't make my pets do stuff when I'm on my MMs, I'm too busy shooting things. -

No, there are no NPCs in the game that wear Enforcer type armor (with the exception of some MA custom enemies). The Enforcer set was introduced shortly after the Vanguard set, which does look similar for some parts but totally different for others.
[/ QUOTE ]^This.
It was brought in as a standby for the Vanguard set. Personally, I like the Enforcer set better.
[/ QUOTE ]I think it was meant as a player-friendly version of the PPD Power Armor.
[/ QUOTE ]Correct. Jay couldn't give us PPD Armor because of all the awful clipping it does (have someone do a bunch of different animations while wearing the PPD Armor from Halloween or last year's PAX). So he twiddled with it and gave us the Enforcer set.
