Marvel is getting sued over the case it comes in.

Lessee here...which company has more money to throw at the lawyers? Disney, or some small German luggage maker. Methinks Disney. Most likely they will throw money at the problem and it will go away.

First gonna have to make a kat scrapper though.
So people can compare against the shiny (heh) case collection, Amazon's page for the Avengers has an excellent table (scroll down) of what each version of the package includes. I wish all releases were so well laid-out so we could make informed choices.

Researched it... pre-ordered it. Yes it is Blu-Ray only... 2-D and 3-D versions (if excist) included. Not the DVD versions!
And now I feel like making a real replica of the Tesseract using this box and the German real suitcase combined.

By that wording, I wouldn't place the general populace at being that stupid to compare a gimmick item with that which is intended for the real purpose of the product.

No, they're saying they created a product with a distinctive appearance, trademarked that appearance, and someone is ripping it off. That's all they need to say.

But not only that, Disney has taken something another company has made, duplicated it and is attempting to sell it. Sounds just like the DVD bootleggers they complain so bitterly about.
