I managed to get Epilepsy and Adamancy. Both of which I was pretty sure I'd never get but had a 'why not?' moment. Also managed to get Trap Smith, Reconnoiterer and Feral Frost.

And no, he doesn't look like Hawk-Eye, nor, if i keep him, will be close to his bio. I just wish we had like a sniper rifle powerset, i'd deff keep the name for that.

I am frankly surprised that Actinic Glare was available across all the servers for my Elec^3 blaster/brute/tanker/dominator/scrapper/stalker
Most of my best pickups were when City of Villains went live. Among the best were Downfall (Champion), Swindle (Freedom), Witch Doctor (Pinnacle) and Penance (Pinnacle.) Had a few good ones since Freedom went live, though...Electrickster (Protector), Packrat and Jackboot (Exalted) being the best. Also have a few good ones thanks to punctuation tricks, like Rumble-Bee (Protector), Boogie-Man (Champion), and Black.Out (Liberty.)
I've got a great idea for a Water blaster; I'm hoping I can reserve the name somewhere. I'll keep you posted.
Edit: Score! Coming soon to Guardian is the water/ice blaster, Soda Jerk!

Patriot Steel, my Street Justice/Shield scrapper. (Yes, he's a Captain America homage)

I didn't start playing until i21, so a lot of names I had planned, I had to add hyphens to get, so I don't think that counts. These are the names I got, as intended:

I grabbed Flamby a week ago on Freedom. I was amazed, although objectively, I doubt even one person reading this will get it.
