1)Shilos, future son of sister psyche's clone and lord nemesis has traveled back in time to escape the covenant of tech warlocks who need his mutant clockwork blood to complete the anti-harmonica; a device to eliminate spiritually true musical expression from the world, which is the tech warlocks' only weakness. Team up with Shilos and Kanye West to put an end to the invading tech warlocks and save the present and the future for all!
Something about that just seems so... horrible. A combination of horrible fan shipping with an amalgam of random future ideas and top it off with an 80's generic abstract thing to save.

My empire of dirt

I will make you <3
The President has been kidnapped by ninjas. Are you a bad enough dude to save the President?
FUN FACT: That burst of light when you level up is actually the effectiveness escaping from your enhancements all at once.
The evil Professor Malady has afflicted the Freedom Phalanx with highly embarrassing (yet non-fatal) medical conditions! You must find and end his evil plot while simultaneously coping such horrors as Back Alley Brawler's excessive flatulence!

The worst AE idea I ever heard was "Help Mynx and Swan Take Ms. Liberty to the Planned Parenthood Clinic." Of course it would use the creepy hospital map from Maria's mission with Mother Mayhem. Once a friend of mine mentioned the idea, I debated building it, but A) I didn't want to waste a slot on a gag AE mission, and B) the joke wasn't worth getting banned over.

That's one the best video game plots of all time. Forget the Metal Gear series, I wanna be one of the Bad Dudes!

I actually considered making this. Complete with a Barrack Obama expy for the President. And a flipside where "The president has been rescued by dudes! Are you a bad enough ninja to kidnap the president?"
|
I ended up going with a "President Ronnie" character like in the arcade version of the game.
I love the idea of a villainous (ninja-ous?) companion arc....

This can't happen until water blast goes live:
The Revenge of MC Pee Pants.
Not an arc, but a single mission. One of my friends actually made this one, not long after AE went live, based on an old joke by another friend about how most of the game's original missions were written:
"Rescue children from burning orphanage!"
Objective: Defeat 12 Orphans
My characters at Virtueverse
Faces of the City
That's just silly. You'd rescue a woman when the thermostat was too low. The guy would have to be rescued when it was too high. Or maybe that's just my own experience

To be fair, I do have little to no heat tolerance (I start getting uncomfortable in the low to mid-70's, so she may be on to something)...
"I play characters. I have to have a very strong visual appearance, backstory, name, etc. to get involved with a character, otherwise I simply won't play it very long. I'm not an RPer by any stretch of the imagination, but character concept is very important for me."- Back Alley Brawler
I couldn't agree more.
I saved the really bad stuff for my own personal AE arc. Its a sewer romp called The Wild Wild Waste. It has the Sewer Soldier Formula. There is Archon Pennywise. Villains use drug labs to make Seweradine. There is even a recurring villain named Recurring Villain. Every really bad idea rolled into one fun filled AE arc for me.
Really bad arc idea:
Mission 1: A mad scientist named "Clayton" sends you into a bad monster movie to fight an alien that looks like a gorilla wearing a space helmet.
Mission 2: He then sends you into an old Japanese movie to fight off chicken-like aliens and their giant monster while being aided by a guy named The Artist From Space.
Mission 3: He sends you into yet another movie, where you have to defeat a criminal mastermind with a mind-control mask (while also rescuing an Aztec priest and breaking the mind control on his cougar-themed protoge).
Mission 4: You get fed up with the crappy movies and go to take on Clayton himself, but he's guarded by minions and lieutenants from the movies, and he's slapped on a suit of power armor.

Bombs blow
Rescue trapped hero
Don't need to be the Statesman to know this is a no-no
2) Doctor Aeon is in a mad experiment to create a hybrid between a frozen dinner and a pot pie. Stop this mad experiment before it destroys Paragon City
3) The Party Pooper has siezed control of Praetoria. You must fight for your right to party!
4) The Living Palindrome will harass Sarah every day at noon with his army of solo gigolos. Find out who trained this villain and beat them so they never do it again.
5) A desperate scientists hid his doomsday formula by training a rikti monkey to screech the ingredients when physical contact is made. Then he hid the the beast in a large pack of Rikti monkeys. To save the world you must run through the Rikti War zone spanking these monkeys.
6) You got a day job with Fedex just as they opened their new Oranbega branch. Today is Halo Four Pre-Order Delivery Day. Flambeaux will accompany you to the first 89 glowies.
7) Win the tri-county pie eating competition. Your toughest competition will be the chubby kid that everyone picks on.
