Unless something has changed they will be rotating Celestial Armor out at some point to make room for another Tier 9 VIP costume set. Now we all know that things change so that may not be the case, but it has been stated since the beginning of the Paragon Rewards program that Tier 9 VIP rewards would periodically cycle. Celestial Armor was released in September and Fire and Ice in January. If they keep to that schedule we should see another costume set on ustream in mid to late April for release in mid May.

That's great and all but mind telling us exactly when you are going to flip the switch on AM/EM/HM purchases of enhancement converters? I mean it is clear you guys are quick to nerf things, but what about this promised stuff that has been working on BETA for two months now?
The development team and this community deserved better than this from NC Soft. Best wishes on your search.
In other words; one every 4 months or about 3 a year.

And that is why I used the terms "impression" and "implied" as opposed to saying, "I was certain that she said...". I wasn't following the issue closely and what I heard was second, third, or fourth hand.
And I'm still disappointed there wasn't anything new to buy added to the market for VIP's this week. Free stuff doesn't count, and the sales are just trying to sell old stuff.

I'm a little disappointed too, but not enough to really get upset. Last week we got something pretty major, this week we got the WWD finale, so I can see where someone could look at that and say, "yeah, that's plenty for one week." Sure, I'd like to get more, but who wouldn't?
Honestly, what's most disappointing to me this week is that with it being the end of March, I now have no idea what to expect next Tuesday. Staff Fighting? A new costume set? A set that exists in-game already being offered for sale? A horrendously-overpriced vanity pet? I guess I could play on Beta more and have a better idea, but man, it was nice to just have it spelled out ahead of time last month.
FUN FACT: That burst of light when you level up is actually the effectiveness escaping from your enhancements all at once.
I am disapointed too about not much new stuff....but I have this feelingbthey didvthis on purpose.
Its not a good sales technique but it does kind of work, basically they are trying to work everyone into a frenzy then release new items in hopes people will buy more.
Personaly....i would have released another bunch of lotto-esque items featuring new items...then release the items very rarely gotten from the lotto thing for a fair amount.
In this case it would have been the staff set and somthing else...in a brand new lotto super pack set....that way it would make some serious bank from people who want things now...and later from people who get fed up with the lotto item and the people who get sold on the things after they see them.
But thats just my opinion.

I've chosen to view Tuesdays as a mini Christmas with each new addition to the store as gifts I eagerly wait to see how they are going to try to get my money that week. Some I salivate over as my new gotta haves while others I laugh at because I wouldn't buy them if my life depended on it.
Ya this week was disappointing with VIP's getting nothing new. I actually would have been suprised if staff fighting would have been released this close to beast mastery. I don't expect to see staff fighting until the anniversary celebration. Next week I expect to see the panther stealth power released, to stay in tune with BM and the sale on animal costume pack.
A note to devs/marketing: It would be extremely appreciated if when your major store release for the week is something VIP's get for free, that you release atleast SOMETHING new for VIP's to buy. Or you could just let us accumulate interest on the PP we save up waiting for something worthwhile to be released.
It's like xmas morning and everyone is crying that they got underwear again. 
SS7, I get that for free! How about a new item we could actually use.

Eh, not a huge week for the store but I did pick up some stuff I'd been wanting for a while.
I bought the Animal costume pack, Beast Run and Beastly Rage aura. 755 points well spent in my book.
Of course, now watch Staff Fighting come out next week and I'll have to wait for my VIP points to arrive before I get it, but I'm good with that.
The new and on sale items may not be things everyone wants, but the last couple of weeks have seen me spend more PP's than I have in the last few months. Which is good considering how many PP's I had saved up.

And no, you don't get that "for free." You get that as part of your paid subscription.

All of those sale items support the Beast Mastery powerset they released last week. Though kinda wondering why they weren't on sale when the powerset was released... but ah well.

all I got for Christmyass was a funeral and a bucket load of treachery.
Ignoring anyone is a mistake. You might miss something viral to your cause.
I am guessing that they are waiting until closer to 8 year anniverisery to release, I am currently taking a vacation ina galaxy far far away for a month, to avoid burn out.
So far the players are mostly just raid raid raid and being a bit snobish,some are very nice.
