When I did that arc today, the 6x level 54 (+1 to me) bosses killed my T3 lore pets within the first 15 seconds. I forgot to summon them before I started the fight, and one of them was actually down before the animation was over, and the second was down to about 25% health (Longbow officer and Cataphract specifically).
I figured out the "turn bosses off" thing on the test server, but I didn't bother on live. I came this close to getting it, too. D: One boss left at ~1% health when the clock ran out.
I should have determined whether the arc was repeatable before trying the hard way.
I did use a ton of reds. Also, six targets with soul drain, opening with T3 Ion ... something, the one that has a chance to do extra damage to everyone, followed by spring attack. I had their health down by a considerably fraction, not sure why it was such a pain to get them down individually.

+3 Crab Spider, using T4 Ion Core.. as soon as i hit that, the mission was completed.

Four seconds is about right for no bosses and a Judgment power. One second if you have two layers of Tar Patch laid down ahead of time.

My TW/Elec brute who only had Alpha/Interface and was fighting +3/8 got plastered 25 seconds in - I already used return to battle once that mission so I popped revival and frantically killed things while spamming insps - I completed it with 3 seconds left on the clock.

Well, just checked the Flashback missions, and all the DA arcs 1-6 seem to be there, including personal story arcs for the contacts. So my friend must either be blind, or his toon bugged, as he can't find any but arc 6.
Had a little trouble on this with my T4 Mind/FF (Accod, IOd, yada yada) in that I have 3 single target attacks (Dominate, Levitate, Power Blast), Terrify and Void Radial T4. I'd open with Power Boosted Mass Confusion then get several of them but one would be knocked back so...

My poor blaster had to redo sister solaris's arc because I figured I'd take the assistance. (and lost out on the badge because of it.)

I was a little concerned about the Time Saver badge, having never tested that arc in beta and noticing there's a time limit on it. So I asked Snow Globe about that badge and he told me its just six bosses you have to kill; with incarnate pets it should be no problem.
Well, no matter how hard the devs make a boss, I can take six bosses, so I figure with a reasonable amount of inspirations this should be not too difficult.
So I get to the Tempest, cast my lore pets, pop all my lucks and reds, then talk to Tempest, say I'm going to save both, and then the assassin's all turn to me, and I Build Up and Aim, and then open fire with Energy Torrent and Explosive Blast...
And then I realized I had bosses turned off. And the mission honors that setting.
So if anyone is wondering if Time Saver is a hard badge to get, apparently a +3 Energy Blaster with an extra +100% damage and incarnate pets can get that badge in about four seconds. I think it'll be weeks before some of Tempest's buddies deorbit.
