Rejected, eh? Although, looking through the list, that stuff looks like it could be Think Geek's entire Spring line.

Goodbye, I guess.

Hey some of that stuff looks pretty cool. I want an inflatable Emperor's throne.

Cancel the kitchen scraps for widows and lepers, no more merciful beheadings and call off christmas!

not really a SW fan...but I kinda want that xD

I was never a big "Star Wars" fan, but I want every item on that list.

I actually own one of the things on the list. They made a Millenium Falcon Winshield Sun Screen

Jabba The Hutt giant bean bag + Leia Slave Girl outfit for the girlfriend = Complete Win.

Or the need to find a new girlfriend. But it would be worth the risk.

However, it turned out that Smith was not a time-travelling Terminator

I liked the lightsabre flashlight (I think I may have actually seen that one somewhere), the Cloud City Desklamp and the Deathstar Basketball. Though the carbonite popsicle is cool too.

Think Geek has both the Han Solo in Carbonite ice tray mold AND the lightsaber flashlight.

Goodbye. Not to the game, but the players. Goodbye. Everyone, remember to have fun. That's all I can say.

Let's not forget the Tauntaun sleeping bag, with special intestines-patterned lining, the joke product so ridiculous that it generated enough demand for its actual manufacture.

R2-D2 Portable Wet Bar...
...

...

...I was seriously considering quitting drinking... I think that plan has just been thrown out the window.

Thank you for keeping my from doubting my sanity, I was sure I had seen one of those before somewhere...

The last few years have actually seen a number of cool/kitschy Star Wars items. In addition to the Taun-Taun sleeping bag, there was a Space Slug oven mitt, an astromech droid pepper grinder (I am ashamed to admit I can't remember which astromech, but it was the black one - RQ-M5, maybe?), and a Jawa Garden Gnome.

I was wondering why they would reject a lightsaber flashlight when they made a light saber universal remote control (of which I also own one).

I've been in an RPG that had a Dalek with a built-in wet bar.

I could see most of these selling well actually. I don't see why they were rejected.

The R2-D2 wet bar was awesome. The Flashlightsaber was cool. The Cloud city lamp was neat.

And I'm not even a Star Wars fan. If I were then I'd definitely be saying:

the wet bar was rejected? WTF? But i wants one, i wants it nao!!!

I mean, i would willingly shell out the republic credits for it.

Good ole thinkgeek.com.

I would proudly display the Cloudcity desklamp (if it was detailed enough) and the Jabba beanbag would be my guilty pleasure hidden away for lounging in (lol).
When I think of the utter rubbish Lucas has greenlit in the past it beggers belief why these genius ideas where not seen through to fruition. I can only guess there were economic or technical problems with bringing them to mass market.

I'd just like to know why Japan gets so much cooler stuff than us (US).
