Here's hoping males get a version of the bolero witch top. I'd love some more equality. Dynamic animated pieces should get special attention.
Welp, time to make Dynasty Warrior toons!
About the female Imperial dynasty top, why are the bits on the side and chest colored white in the costume creator?
I haven't yet bought the set because there are some effects if find iffy. Will they make non-metallic versions of the metallic pieces? As it is now, those pieces pretty much only match with themselves instead of older parts.
I really want to buy this set but not in its current state.
Male helmet without ponytail seems to be missing on live. I saw the set on Beta and mainly purchased for the helm w/out ponytail. I am dissapoint.

Hey, I didn't know about that funny hat for women. I didn't see it on Beta, but it's possible I missed it. It's nice they heard our calls for more funny hats from the CoT set. Pity they weren't IN the CoT set 
I really don't have any imperial dynasty characters to use the full set on, but will be shooting for a more Fantasy Armour look, and some of the pieces are ideal for this.

*it's GORGEOUS *User-Friendly! One doesn't have to have a Chinese-themed character, or even an Asian-styled one to use this set, so it offers great flexibility. Even the more dramatic pieces like the belts, can be used in a myriad of ways for different costume effects. *it's an excellent value - lots and lots (and LOTS!) of pieces for 400 pp's These are the three things that determine whether or not I purchase a set, or just purchase some of the pieces I know I'll use. It's not good for making WoW gear, though, that much I can tell you. That's what the CoT set is for.

It has sections where the colour mask is bleeched and doesn't take colour well in a way similar to Celestial Armour, so it's practically impossible to have a jet black base layer. Those patches will always be a light grey. I don't remember if you can put your own colour masks on top of the base layer, but I remember being unable to use those in black.

I recall more pages in this thread. I think all that had criticism were purged 
Again, would like to see non-metallic and non pre-tinted versions of these pieces. Great set but no sale due to the parts being very difficult to mix and match with older ones.
I really like how well the Imperial and Elemental sets compliment each other.
I've been having fun mix-and-matching Imperial Dynasty. I've come up with some sweet results, I'll have to post them later. One I made on Beta was for a male character and featured a combo that was mostly Justice and Imperial, which looked pretty good on a staff scrapper.

After playing around with this outfit this morning and earlier on beta, I only really have one complaint...
Hanano's poor Akuram looks absolutely dingy in comparison to her after all this.
Dull, drab Oni *definitely* needs a make-over now if he wants to keep up with his "little human side-kick".
