Instant healing. Well, pre-nerf IH.
Willpower has more passive regen than Regen does. Who thought that was a good idea?
Can we get a fix for Energy Melee instead of more new sets?
I would pick Sister Psyches ability to mind ride. Wut did I have to pick only a power us PCs have?

I think I'd have to pick Vanessa DeVore (Giovanna Scaldi)'s ability to mentally dominate/manipulate/control thousands of people at a time, and occasionally eat a soul or two for a quick no-calorie pick me up.
I promise I'd use my powers for good... maybe.
Edit: Who am I kidding? I'd be on the path to complete world domination within the year.

But if I could have a secondary, I'd pick Healing Aura. And I'd charge Insurance Company Emergency rates for the use. What? You need me to fly over and heal your gramps? Ok... oh, no, I don't take United Insurance of The States. But a Visa or Mastercard will be fine...

Fly, seems like almost everyone wants fly also healing aura.
Also this reminds me of this little skit I saw on youtube (think it was there don't remember) I don't remember who done it but there were these two guys that went to this place where you could pay to get superpowers and they had a choice between superregeneration (like Wolverine) or claws (like Wolverine) they wanted both but it cost 100,000 per power so they picked claws, well let's just say there was alot of blood and also they hit brain. If any one knows what I am talking about please please post it here but it is NSFW so fair warining.

Healing Aura would be neat, assuming it could cure any illness and pathology, not just flesh wounds. Barring that, either flight, invisibility or teleport.

I think Id go with the Incarnate Barriar with the raise dead aspect. Extreme self defense and the ability to bring back the fallen methinks would equal being the messiah of a new religion

Think about someone who's been in a car wreck and is broken up in dozens of places.
Or some poor schmuck who took a shotgun to the face and now has his brains leaking out his nose and ears.
The ability to get these people back on their feet in a couple minutes would get you hailed as a godsend.
The HMOs would LOVE you, since even RIDICULOUS fees would probably be cheaper than extended hospital stays and ongoing medical care.
