Hero of the City, of course.
I used to fiddle with my back feet music for a black onyx. My entire room absorbed every echo. The music was . . . thud like. The music was . . . thud like. I usually played such things as rough-neck and thug. Opaque melodies that would bug most people. Music from the other side of the fence.
Avoids the Green Stuff -- simply due to the sheer satisfaction of finally nailing this most difficult of badges.
Q. Just wondering Posi, where are the new dance emotes we were told would come with GR?

(I had the character name LOOOOONG before the day job thing was invented, so when I saw that was a possibility, I just HAD to get that.)
Then there was getting "Positron's Ally" on Sorina Tavarisch...

For most of my heroes, though, my favorite badge title is "Justice Avenger".
For my blasters, my absolute favorite badge title (and it always ALWAYS cracks me up) is "Once the Victor".
As far as the art goes, I really like the Sutter TF, badge, but I think all the winged Halloween event badges are pure awesome.

I'm also fond of the badge text for "Full Spectrum", for the same reason. I laughed the first time I read it.
Over-all, though, my real favorites are always the ones that completely suit the characters who are wearing them... "Nemesis Soldier" is right for Mei. "Man in Black" is perfect for Ash. Any way you look at them, Chanter is a "Trickster", Ty is a "Warrior Princess" and Ru is "Penitent". Kestrel will never wear anything but "Mirage". Palrah's "Guardian Angel", likewise. "Hell and Back" fits battered, grumpy old Silver so well it might as well have been made for him, and nothing else in the game describes Mist, my brightest-shining-thing-in-the-history-of-bright-shiny-things peacebringer, half as well as "Heart of Light".

My Fire/Kin is using the "Show Off" badge - one of the old AE badges you can't get anymore.
I think it fits his personality 
On most of my Zombie <FoodPrepMethod/Attack> characters, I use Hamidon's Fury.

Mine are character driven. Either dichotomic(is that a word?) or appropriate to the character, or it's bio. I have no actual favorite individual, but I do have ones that NEED to be acquired by that character, and they get them.
Example: I have a character on Exalted called Golden Calf, and his is 'Faithful'. Y'all can figure that one out.
There's Big Thing on Guardian, his is 'The Next Big Thing'. Appropos, I thought.
Then I have Rose Dawn on Pinnacle who now has 'Lucsious', which is gotten in the Rikit War Zone, and she only has it because, if she were real... well...
/I somehow think I just went cosplay/fetish/weird there, but that's ok. Them Dawn Sisters (Ruby, Cerise, Rose) are red-colored based first name redheads for a reason...

I think the badge name is :-( But it's the AE ticket one where you paid 1000 tickets and "all I got was this badge." Forgot the actual name (unless it really is just :-( ).

And "Chum" as it was one of the first badges I got when I started CoX. Freaked me out as I expected Sharks to be swimming around the island the badge is on.

Depends on the toon really: Blue Rabbit has had Nomad, Walks the Earth, Mu Guardian and currently Lucky as his favourite. Maroon Hare has had Red Hand and currently Promethean as his favourite.
