Sure we're all in the same boat here, no luck for me either the past few days..

Edit: Update! The toon I qued in yesterday was successfully transferred!

Tried to move two of my characters to Beta from Virtue hour or two ago, neither as of so far has gone through.

Will probably try again later but at least for now, the tool isn't working for me.

Is it the Beta Server or regular test?

Still here, even after all this time!

Since about 6pm Central time I have tried three times to move charcters via the copy tool to the Beta server and once to the test server. So far attempts to move characters to either server have not been successful.

That's the same thing I tried about eight hours ago, and just tried about an hour ago, and it's still not working for me either.

Based on the rest of this thread, though, and especially the comments from the last week, it's pretty obviousl that the copy tool STILL has some major hiccups.

My friend got on Beta, but i tried to move a toon or two to test, to Test the solo Incarnate path and I can't seem to get it work, after many years of playing this game, I never had an Issue with the copy tool until now.

Never play another NcSoft game, If you feel pride for our game, then it as well, I Superratz am Proud of all of you Coh people, Love, Friendship will last for a lifetime.

My Spines/Nrg Stalker has yet to copy over, tried last night around 8ish EST.

Good luck. Never can tell when it's working again and when it isn't since they don't keep us updated on fixes or outages since Avatea left.

If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Hi folks, the fix for the Character Copy Tool is ETC (estimated time to complete) 3 hours. This will also push all of the queued characters from last night. Thanks for your patience!

When I went looking for it in the Forums, under Development, it says "Character Copy Tool (Live to Training Room)"---which I had always known to be the Test Server... so I kept looking.

Devs, might you please re-label that to say just Character Copy Tool?

Just go ahead and prove me wrong in the post right after mine.

I have two accounts, it used to show me characters from both but now I only get the option to copy characters from one account (which works fine). How do I transfer characters from my second account?

Log out of the forums on the current account, log into the forums on the other account.

The forum logins (and the copy tool) are based on your game account username/password. Since the two accounts have different usernames/passwords, they'll have different forum logins. You may need to create a forum account for the other game account.

Log out of the forums and log back in with the second account!

I've got two accounts as well -- when I log into the forums from account #1, I only get the list of characters to copy FROM account #1.

If I want to copy characters from account #2, I have to log out of the forum, log in again as account #2, and then I get the list of characters from account #2.

In other words, the forum can't tell how many accounts you have linked together.

Worked fine for me. Copied 4 characters from Guardian.
