i might be able to come if it were earlier too, 3-4 pm actually sounds really good for something like this
I'm still bummed that I'm not going to be able to make it...
But would it be much of a problem to just meet up earlier, even if the official space isn't booked for then?
I've never been there, so I don't have much of a clue as to what I'm talking about, but a mall is a mall, right?
You could all go shoe shopping...
Oh... that's just IF the time can't be officially moved forward, of course (which, I suppose it likely could be!).

(It's also $60/head, which is a little silly. We could watch the teenagers joust instead.)

Electric-knight, what time would you like to have a meet up? I know I can get myself and Obsidian Light there, possibly Archangel Michael a bit early if you need early.
I am in this to meet all the folks I can that play our game cause I honestly believe we have THE BEST community in the gaming industry, so if that means coming a bit early, I will do that if you want to meet early. Just post a proposed time, and we can all meet up and have some hang out time prior to the main meet and greet at 6PM.
I look forward to next week, and I can't wait to meet you all.

3pm would be splendid for the pre-party. I'd have to leave around 6pm, so that would give me a few hours of chill time with the gang.

I can head up earlier to make a 3pm get together. Provided I get on the road before the DC lunch rush there shouldn't be a traffic issue.
As a side note, I will be bringing cheap sketch vouches to hand out to anyone who would be interested in such a thing. And of course the door prize sketch voucher.

Well now! Things have worked out just fantastically since I last checked on this thread...
MY GF's birthday was this week, so the entire family is going to Medieval Times on the 18th, and the show starts at 7, so I need to be there about 6:30. Now that there is a pre-party, I will be able to get there nice and early and hang out with everyone!

Wow, glad I looked at the forums for once. I live 15 minutes from Arundel Mills so count me in. As for badge, any of the four is fine, and just use my forum handle. Also, could we put all the important info in the OP? I'm pretty sure i know the plan but it would be nice to see the info collected.

As to the excellent name tags, I'll take whichever is convenient for printing purposes. Just use Glass Goblin, if you don't mind.
