Being the cheap bugger that I am, I still haven't picked up Street Justice yet, hoping it will go on sale at some point, like the Beam Rifle when it was first listed for sale. So, I'm not sure I'll pick up TW immediately. Eventually I will buy it though.
I'm a bit uncomfortable with three of the last four power sets released (Time Manipulation, Beam Rifle, Street Justice, and Titan Weapons) have been placed up for sale on Paragon Market (i.e. not free for VIPs). But, that said, having four sets released in pretty quick succession is pretty impressive.
Q. Just wondering Posi, where are the new dance emotes we were told would come with GR?

Darkness Control will be free when Issue 22 drops, and Staff fighting will be purchasable.

I think if I do ever get around to using this set I'd do it with a tiny sized character so that the weapons look that much bigger compared to the character. If I'm accepting the concept I might as well make the size difference as silly as possible.

Thats why I'm making my character as huge as possible, then getting that cloud pet. that way i can finally block the danged demon MMs vision for once instead of them blocking mine!

The screenshot was a nighttime shot. Details, such as the glistening fleshy parts cannot be seen clearly.
Since the concept of the axe seems to be flesh and muscle stretched over deformed bone, it could be that the texture is supposed to be stretched. It is not supposed to be pretty, like the Plasma Sword.
