What was in the Incarnate Panel?
AFAIK, there wasn't an Incarnates panel, only the Powers Panel and the Endgame Panel.
And nobody is talking about either for some reason. Put me down as one of the people wondering if they said boo about any of the remaining 5 slots.

The panel went at least as long as the weak marketing panel, there must have been more said than just Dark Astoria. Or at least more detail revealed on the zone than what we've been given.

We will honor the past, and fight to the last, it will be a good way to die...
There was also a lot of laughter and applause, standing in stark and hilarious contrast to the gloomy and pathetic mood of the marketing panel.

"And you know what? All the forum goers? They get to watch the marketing panel" *audience lol*
"Isn't that an awesome ability? Glad you guys get to see it and not the guys on ustream!" *audience lol*
i was wondering as well, why no news or tweets from those panels? was it some kind of invite only affair?
I was stuck in the Marketing panel, which while it was...meh, ok....It was rather disheartening that the more popular of the two panels was in the TINY room (and I do mean TINY), and the marketing panel was less than half full.
I would really like to hear about what was discussed in the Endgame panel, please.
Thanks!

Or did they make everyone who attended the endgame panel sign an NDA? Alpha test of the Omega slot? Feh.
This is the only twitter stuff I think I've found of the Incarnate panel. It's where the Dark Astoria street sweeping rewards came from, and apparently they are working on making the LFG tool work from inside missions.

Or I could be wrong and this is information from one of the other panels.

Even so, it means that people who actually went to the trouble of attending the summit had to be turned away from a panel they wanted to attend. Ridiculous.
A more "practical" solution would have been just to have a Ustream blackout during that time slot and have the endgame panel in the big room, because I doubt many Ustream viewers would shed many tears over missing the marketing panel.
Actually, it was for practical reasons - it was way easier to set up the streaming in just one room, so they chose the big room, because that was where the opening panel and keynote speech were going to be held - that meant that the following panels that were going to be exclusive to the summit goers would have to be in the other room.

So the Summit goer exclusive panels should have been the ones that fewer players were looking forward to?

It was inane to lock out the none goers from all the worthwhile panels. We could have been shared the costume or powers panel without stepping on precious attendees toes. Foolish to punish the bulk of us for having lives.

Actually for a change I agree with GG. Give the people that paid the money and took the time to go the most consideration.
Would you rather they didn't UStream anything and we had to wait for tweets or forum posts when people got back to their hotel rooms?
What they did may not have been the most edifying for those of us that didn't go, but the fact that they at least made an effort for us says something, and the fact that they wanted to make things interesting for the people that did get up the go to go does too.
TL;DR- Get over yourselves.

Here's the quick summary of the Incarnate panel based on my recollections:
Dark Astoria getting a revamp with Mot, PB and Tsoo (this was in the keynote but bears repeating). Old DA will be available through Ourborus (like Galaxy City).
New DA will have different story Arcs for Heroes and Villains along with repeatable content. Based on what they said it sounds like the repeatable content is implied to be co-op with tip mission style "moral choices" but they didn't say that outright.
Regarding new slots, they will definitely not be coming out in I22. However Black Scorpion did say that they have heard the complaints regarding the number of currencies and the current plan is that the new slots will not have new currencies/salvage associated with them.
The new Incarnate trial featuring Diabolique will effectively be an epilogue new DA storyline but will not be the culmination of it (so not like Striga and Croatoa where you have to do a TF to see the final story).
Maelstrom's Teleport Kick attack in TPN Campus was the inspiration for Vorpal Judgement.
Adamastor will appear in the new DA but will not be a major opponent.
In terms of Incarnate story, the Preatorian arc is intended as an "epic-cross-over, battle of armies" style story which is why it's Trial focused. The Mot arc is being designed as more of an individual heroes comic book and as such is more single character/team focused.
We will eventually fight Cole and when we defeat him the well will be left without a champion. And nothing bad can come from that... Right?
That's what I recall, I'm probably missing some stuff but I think I hit the high points.

Did they say how many people are required for the LoD Trial?

So this makes me feel a bit better about some of the stuff I wasn't liking.
- The change in the existing zone's mood (fog, ghosts) can be revisited by going into the Ouroboros echo.
- The Ouroboros echo will likely also work as a place to hunt BP masks for the kill badge, and for any folks who still like to hunt BP Zombies for salvage.
I'm liking the sound of this stuff overall.
Edit: I actually find the idea of L50+ Tsoo a bit intimidating. BP might end up being scarier for all I know, but they don't have the existing precedent for mix of variety and potential nasty that Tsoo already do. (This is not a complaint.)
Blue
American Steele: 50 BS/Inv
Nightfall: 50 DDD
Sable Slayer: 50 DM/Rgn
Fortune's Shadow: 50 Dark/Psi
WinterStrike: 47 Ice/Dev
Quantum Well: 43 Inv/EM
Twilit Destiny: 43 MA/DA
Red
Shadowslip: 50 DDC
Final Rest: 50 MA/Rgn
Abyssal Frost: 50 Ice/Dark
Golden Ember: 50 SM/FA
It seems likely that the whole BP group will be getting a makeover - so would they appear in the DA echo, or would the old BP models still be found there?

What was in it? Any news on the remaining slots? Only thing I could find was stuff about solo content.
