It just looks goofy to me. To be quite honest, while I like the Hulk, a lot of what he does looks goofy to me in general. I know he's supposed to be just that super strong, but I simply don't like his style.

Oh, example! The animation for Punch from Super Strength is one I honestly really just hate. Luckily, with Power Customization, we got a replacement, and I use that on every Super Strength character I have.

The animation matters, it just doesn't matter AS MUCH as the visual effect. Direct physical attacks where you punch or kick your enemy or swing weapons at him, those are instances where animations really make or break the power. For "indirect" attacks, however, this is less important. The fact of the matter is that in a ground punch, you're not actually punching your enemy, you're punching the ground and creating a shockwave effect. It is this effect which hurts your enemies, and it is this effect that really matters.

It's a lot like Blast powersets. As far as I'm concerned, all Blast powersets could share the exact same animations, either between sets or between their own powers, and I'll still see them as vastly different if they had power effects that were distinct and impressive enough.

Sure, if we can come up with a way to attack the ground with your limbs that's sufficiently different from the three we already have, then why not? I'd go for it. I'm just saying I don't see a need to reanimating animations we already have.

I couldn't really see it, but the way you're describing it sounds pretty cool. That's more or less how I would have imagined a "mega ground punch" power anyway. Sure, I guess we could do a jump to Macho Man Elbow Drop and have that be the strike against the ground which causes the shockwave, but that's kind of my point - this power works with pretty much any ground-attacking animation that's at least somewhat forceful. Stomp, punch, double axe handle, Hulk Hogan leg drop, it works with all of these.

In fact, if we DO get a "ground punch" Judgement power, I'd want it to be customizable with all of those animations. Even if it has its own brand new one, I still want to be able to customize it to use Foot Stomp, Ground Punch and Tremor

Vorpal Judgement should make the sound of sharp feet cutting into people.... No, I dunno what the sound of sharp feet sounds like, but that's what it should sound like... cuz... it's sharp feet... you know... cutting people...yeah...

My ideal Vorpal Judgement is to have the shadow/clones/whatever use random punch or kick animations out of Street Justice and Martial Arts, and stay in the attack pose after the attack lands for a second before fading.

Also, please give custom Vorpal Judgement sound effects too.

Now, the real question is: PBAoE, targeted AoE, or a new hybrid type where the area of effect is a targeted AoE as well as anything that happens to be between you and the targeted area?
I'd prefer A vorpal like cone and since this "sesimic smash" since it is smashing that should be just as fair to cryonic as vorpal is; that said I like your 3rd suggestion

A purely physical judgement shouldn't be just pounding the ground. It should involve picking up a targetted enemy by his ankles, then rapidly spinning in a circle to do PBAOE damage by using him to hit the other mobs.

I want a Judgement that gives a melee range PBAoE effect to the character which does massive damage and massive KB and lasts for like 10 seconds. That way one could activate it and run through a bunch of enemies, possible while screaming "HEADCRUSH!"...

Really odd choice of powers there.
Add me to the list of those who want a ground pound. Vorpal was the best fit for my char, but it's a major stretch.
