). Great! I don't have to use up my lunch hour, and it is scheduled for a time that, if everything goes according to plan, is very doable for me -- at least for creating some toons, if not playing them.Thank you, Aggelakis!

For anyone trying to do the "Copy Pigg files" shortcut, DO NOT attempt it. I did just that, copying the contents of the CoHBeta pigg folder to that of the Live folder, and now my game WILL NOT RUN.
I'm not sure how folks are claiming that this shortcut works, but I assure you, it does not.

i21 isn't live yet. If you copy over all your piggs and stuff right now, then your live folder is out of synch with the live game and everything won't wrong.
Besides, you did just copy the /piggs/ folder - right?

Other people have said they did it and the game runs fine.
Be sure to run a "repair" after copying piggs.
Alright, this is the best timing. Just got resubscribed for this, but I have a couple questions...
1. Since this is the head start, we're not being awarded the points that were accrued from June?
2. Because I just reupped today (as in half an hour ago)... I don't happen to get any of the bonuses, do I?

As for it working or not I just did it when they loaded Issue 21 on the Test server last week and it worked fine. There should be no difference with doing it for the live client.

Sheesh when was the last time I browsed the CoH forums? Meh, oh well. Issue 21 is downloading and the servers have "Unknown" next to their names on the website soo guess I will be sitting around here trying to last minute a TM build now that I know it's not a controller power. I was SO looking forward to TM/Storm, epic huge animations ftw.
For the character concept in mind he needs time manipulation but the pwoers that go with it are all bland and out of character! Uhg! Somebody save me... Oh wait.

Meh, that will do. Blurg... Starting to think he won't use a secondary... All I wanted was a guy with magical wings who's feathers float around the battlefield and manipulate temporal anomalies/rifts and use a sword! Well at least my dream exists in AE. I'm so picky ^_^.
Obviously I'm on pins and needles.

It is going to take longer then planned.

So...by doing the pigg file copy and what not, how much time will that save me? I left my computer running while I went to work and it's in the middle of downloading the "patch", which still has about 4 hours left in it before it finishes (150 kb/s download limit, yes I know that sucks).
Should I just cancel the install and try to workaround or will I still be stuck downloading the entire patch anyway?
