I do like that barbarian set, and I'm hoping that females will get the chest harness and loincloth as well. I'll be keeping my eyes peeled the rest of this weekend to see what else gets revealed

Seriously, i tend to ignore or largely discount 90% or so of anything she posts that isn't just rewording of official announcements. A few interesting things at PAX, but i wasn't expecting all that many new reveals this close to i21 release. Most of the near term, almost ready for primetime new stuff has already been revealed to the playerbase. |

Back on topic: While there weren't a couple reveals i was half expecting, the barbarian and Halloween stuff that they did reveal was a nice/interesting surprise. (The female thigh-high-heeled "Barbarian Boots" are somewhat facepalm-worthy, but the other bits are nice.) The reveals i were expecting not occurring isn't that much of a surprise in retrospect.

Trials of any sort are of small interest to me. End-game raids were never my bag in any other MMO and they're not going to become my bag here. If they produce a fair amount of non-incarnate content across the level ranges, I'll be happy to buy that and contribute to the cause.
Here's hoping that the haunted mansion has a good story to go with it. I imagine we'll see a lot of Ghostbusters showing up this Halloween. heh
The barbarian stuff looks good, except for those thigh-highs. I hope that those are not the only new boot choice. Red Sonja wouldn't be caught dead in those. The White Queen might wear them but she's about the furthest thing from a barbarian.
At least it's not Yet Another Suit of Armor.

Other things I recall from QA...
Someone asked about fly being slow. Posi said to get afterburner. Also asked about Kheldians sucking, Posi said it's bring addressed.
Someone asked about more alternate animations for current sets. Response was that the 'animation team' is 2 people and 'visual fx team' is 2 people. Basically, not enough resources to do a bunch of cool new stuff while also revamping all the old stuff.
Someone asked about full character respecs (Changing powersets). General answer was no. Funny thing about this one was that dude mentioned he had characters shelved at level 10 that he didn't want to have to remake. I guess getting to 10 is hard?
Someone asked about LFG tool sucking. Posi agreed and he says it's still buggy and being fixed.
Someone asked about force fields being antiquated and underperforming in comparison to what's available now. Posi said they'd like to revisit old sets but Freedom is the Future (not in those words but basically). He did however briefly address the issue of knockback being so hated by saying that things will change regarding that. He didn't say how exactly but it sounds like it's been discussed.
I asked about rifle models proliferated to all rifle sets. They said some wouldn't make sense, I said flamethrower out of sniper rifle doesn't make sense, Posi then said it's not as easy as just porting them over. I then asked about incarnate difficult TFs, Posi is on board but it won't be for a long time.
Shortly after, Lord Recluse showed up and everyone left.

I think that female Barbarian set needs to be re-thought though. It's a fine costume, but nothing about it says "barbarian." If not a outright female Viking look, at least give us a Red Sonya-esque chainmail bikini or a Sheena style animal skins outfit.
