Okay, see, it's things like that that would have been helpful BEFORE I made this. That's what I was asking for.

1) Why don't you use Hasten? If you want a lot of recharge, it's the easiest way to get it.

2) Why don't you use Aim? It's a decent damage buff, and you can make sure you hit stuff.

3) Snipes are good for what they do, but they're not great attacks. You shouldn't be using it all that often, unless you really need to pull.

4) I used level 40 enhancements because it puts in the max level enhancements of the set. Some sets don't go up to 50, but that doesn't make them worse. The enhancement values might be a little lower, but the set bonuses make up for it.

I took a look at the build you provided, and it's a lot worse. Your set bonuses are again all over the place. The sets that you do use you don't have enough in the power to get the bonuses you probably want, you're underslotting key powers for their effects, you've taken and slotted powers that you don't need, you haven't slotted Stamina, and again you've got two travel powers for seemingly no reason.

I honestly don't know what you're doing, and why you're doing it. I'm not trying to be rude, I'm just trying to understand why you'd ask for help, and then not actually take it.

This. Keep in mind, Dual Hammer, that playing around in Mids can be a huge timesink. This is why everyone has been asking for specifics about what you wish to accomplish. Not taking and learning from the advice being shared with you is pretty much just wasting Aett's time.

"Help me to help you" is something you should be thinking about.

That's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about why you took both Flight and Teleport.

This is highly variable, and we can't tell you. We can GUESS how much it will cost, but I'm not sure how much that would do for you. Your build (the worse of the two, in my opinion) with all of the purples that you decided to go with, could cost in the billions. Mine might cost a few hundred million. However, it's dependent on you to place lower bids in the auction house and wait.

Team TP is nearly worthless, that's what I'm trying to tell you. For what you want to do, especially. And having it, plus Flight, means that you've got three power picks that could be going to something that makes your build better. Do you see what I'm trying to tell you?

any critiques on my enhancments or enhancement slots are fine, but not changing powers sorry for all the truble

If you're not interested in getting rid of totally useless powers, then why do you care about slotting effectively?

Just turn down the difficulty to whatever your build can handle :\

Concept-optimizers are some of the hardest things to work on. Basically, the player doesn't want to change what the build does, they just want to make it do those things as well as possible. We all have a little of that, like if you want to min/max your brute but you don't want to trade flight for super jump even if the rearrange makes the build a little stronger. Taken to an extreme, though, it can feel like your hands are completely tied.

The great irony about concept-optimization is that it can often require a lot of experience playing other kinds of concept builds before you can really do a good job with the one. You need to be know intuitively what you're losing and what you're gaining with each power pick change, and someone that is not experienced in playing not just their build but different versions of their build won't have that intuitive grasp of the trade offs.

Another great irony is that it can be difficult to explain to a player that their build doesn't actually convey how that build is played, and its how a build is played that determines the best way to min/max it. It often seems to new players that their playstyle feels dictated by the powers they have, until they find someone with the exact same set of powers and plays their character totally differently.

Are you sure you can afford to have Apocalypse enhancements? Taking a quick look at the auction house, you will be expecting to spend 3.5 billion Inf for the full set if you need to buy all of the pieces. I'm specifically asking about this because you haven't selected any other high priced enhancements for any of the other powers in your build. In fact, a few of them are "cheapos". Is the snipe attack really that fundamental to your play style that you're favoring it so much? Do you really have this much Inf on hand to use?

As to the rest of your slotting, I personally find that you don't have enough accuracy. Just to be clear, do you know that you can use pieces from more than one Set in a power? You can mix and match pieces from several sets to get better attribute boost numbers.

Teams are the number one killer of soloists.

That... will take a while. A long while. i can pretty much guarantee that by the time you get the whole set using that route you could have gotten two (five?) copies of the set by most other routes.

As for teleport...
Team Teleport isn't as effective at irritating teammates and alienating other players as it used to be since players can now prevent it from affecting them. It does (very rarely) have other uses, but those uses are mostly limited to Masterminds or teams built around using it.

IMO, YMMV, BBR, WIKS, etcetera.

I will only add this.

My most successful blasters utilize some form of stealth (or invisibility, if possible) to get a "leg-up" on the enemy by maximizing my ability to hit all the foes I need to hit as fast as possible, and by being able to Aim + BU before they even know Im there.

Blaster are not tank mages, in this game, at least not until incarnate level.

You can't just run in and start shooting. The mobs don't stand there in a line waiting for you to kill them.
