Followed the directions. Didn't get a code. What happened?

I went to the Facebook page and clicked on the Promotions tab and got a code. Thanks for a fun emote!
Just a thought for those who can't get it to load: when I clicked on the page, it told me that I couldn't use a secure connection to get to it. I had to disable my normal security to be able to view the page. No idea if that will help but it's a thought.
Thanks for the emote guys. Now I just want to be able to hold the pose for those really long moments when you just wish someone would stop...

Hopefully these will be offered again after this weekend. I'm at SDCC (sitting in the CoH panel now), and FB won't let me log into my account from my smartphone.

Remember to re-enable HTTPS on facebook after going to the page.

I guess players who aren't Facebook members don't matter (but then, why would they matter to this transparent attempt at marketing).

It's more than a little disappointing that being Australian, i'm automatically excluded from this. Physical product i can somewhat understand- but why exclude us from digital codes?... /e facepalm...

I got a code but when I went to use it it said "This serial has already been used."
Is there anything I can do about this or are they reusing codes on Facebook wether they've been claimed or not?
Got a code, entered it, got this message...
"The supplied serial code is valid, but it can not be used to create a new account and it can not be applied to any accounts you already have."
Got that both from attempting to apply from the NC master account screen, and from the "Upgrade Account" option for my CoH account.

I just want to know whats with the excluding RI residents. My gf and i live in RI and would love to have this. We can buy from the store and play the game and whatnot but why not this contest?
