Looks to me like it may be a composite image and that Manticore was originally pictured with the big guy (Citadel?) but got cropped or overlaid.

Manticore *is* pretty short.
Looks like he got erased but they forgot to remove his quiver or his foot.
Citadel is now wearing pants and workboots.
Numina has taken off her smock.
The real question is where's Sister Psyche? She's the usual poster gal for the game.
BTW, was there a link with the email "in case you can't read this email, click here" that you can share?

Manticore is also really, really short. (Compare him to Swan!) he might very well be staning behind Statesman and no one can see him.

He may be short... but he doesn't wear his quiver above his head.

That's really bad.
Manticore's leg is still visible behind States as is part of his back and his quiver, Citadel is a leg short, Synapse is *two* legs short and I don't know what that is between Citadel and BaB because it's not Citadel's arm at that angle.

If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

1 - It IS Citadel's arm. He's BIG.
2 - Statesman's Cape. Not Manti's back.
3 - Statesmen's Cape again. Not Manti's leg.
4 - Synapse's foot. Thought it's a hell of a long leg he's got there, you can see it's the anatomy of the ankle and foot heading in the direction Synapse is running.
5 - Where is Citadel's other leg? Probably behind this...

And that is not Synapse's foot - he doesn't have red feet, and his legs aren't that long

And yep, legs aren't that long, which is why I think the photoshopping to fit in the logo messed with the placements of the figures.
As for a red foot... well, look at Numina's shorter 'smock', or Citadel's workboot and pants. Could be artistic liberty taken.
We could try to get the artist to fess up here on the forums?
Also, Numina doesn't seem to be so ghostly looking as she does in-game - must be the new man in her life

So, I saw this pic in my email. It's awesome official CoH/V artwork done by Paragon Studios in their "Please come back and give us another try" emails. Sent to me for my third account which is currently inactive.
The style of the artwork itself is pretty good. I like it. I mean I like it enough to consider having a commission done by this artist of one of my own toons if I had the cash to spend.
But that's not the focus of this forum post. What I'd like to point out is something humorous.
Where's Manticore?
I mean, you can obviously see his arrow quiver. Right over Statesman's shoulder. But, where's the bow wielding pretty boy with a Batman complex?
So I have a theory! With the upcoming Power Proliferation 3.0, we might be seeing Statesman or Citadel respec'ing to add Archery to their powersets!
Woo!
Either that, or somebody oops'd.
