Rest in peace oh Grand, Rumpled Detective.

PS: Also perfect as the story telling Grandad in Princess Bride.

If I hadn't watched The Princess Bride a week ago, I'd probably watch it tonight. He played that little part to perfection: "Yes, you're very smart. Now shut up."

One of my dad's favourites. I remember watching Columbo together with him or sometimes my mom.

Another great talent and legend leaves this world. I am fearful of this generation of what they have missed or missing that is.

The Princess Bride is what I'll always remember him for. RIP Mr Falk.

My 3 favorite movies with him in it was The Cheap Detective, The In-Laws, and of course The Princess Bride.

RIP Peter.

Lived a long life and I can't feel sad for anyone that has lived that long for passing away. Death is merely the end of one journey and the beginning of another.

A great actor and a wonderfully long career....I didn't know he lost one of his eyes at the age of three...I always thought he just had a lazy eye. But it never ever hindered his ability, that much I can say.

He'll be missed...but probably harassing the angels in that wonderfully laconic way of his.

Great, great, actor. I remember many a fun family night with Columbo. He will be greatly missed.
