I'd watch that for sure. But did Luke Cage have glowy eyes? I thought his powers were near invulnerability and super strength?

Isaiah has been kind of behind the scenes campaigning for a Luke Cage movie with him in the starring role. He's a bit of a fan.
Problem is that he's really not a very good actor. Sure he can charm the pants off you with the persona he puts on for the Old Spice commercials but for straight acting he's pretty bland.
Give him a year of acting lessons though and a good director and he would kick all sorts of *** as Luke.

My pet peeve is people who refuse to acknowledge it when I tell them my character has unlimited power. If I rp attack them they are of course disintegrated beyond the ability of any hospital or magic to restore. Being muscled and intimidating is necessary, but he doesn't have to be Thing-huge. Michael Jai White looks more like that guy from Captain America: Truth to me. Race is sort of important to Luke's background. I don't care if Luke's girlfriends are non-black, one was a moll, one was a fashion model, one was a bleeding heart doctor (his wife is very very recent)--race is not really important to their characters. Iron Fist don't have to be white, but he can't be black.
