My favorite accidental uses of Propel; throwing...

coffins at Vampyri
safes at bank robbers or guards
forklifts at dockworkers
slot machines at casino guards
bio-hazard barrels at Devouring Earth
dumpsters at Lost
copy machines at Nemesis "office workers"
cars at any gang members that were STEALING a car at the time
the same thing that a Consigliere JUST threw at me
hero statues at villains
barrel bombs at Rikti bombs
lamps at Black Swan's shadows
power poles at gremlins AND Deathsurge
treasure chests at Spectral Pirates
fire hydrants at Hellions... ESPECIALLY at structure fire events
mailboxes at... anyone (YOU GOT MAIL, B****!!!)

I *think* that covers it... might have missed a few.

I LOL'd at DR's Council skeet shooting.

Propel-> amusing teammates since 2004 (wish I had room for it on the Grav/Fire dom.)

Hurl, in melee range, you reach down pull up a piece of the ground/floor and smash the critter in the head with it "Here hold this rock for me, with your face!" Ask Blood, DR or anyone who has heard me giggle on TS while on my SS brute.

Well, I can't believe no one has mentioned the absolute go-to power for any claws scrapper beginning a bloody assault upon the emeny: Focus.

I love Focus too much. It appears as an almost psychic blade rage and culminates in a satisfying knockback, rendering said enemy helpless to defend itself against the inevitable slashings and ripping to follow. Focus, combined with well-timed Air Superiority attacks, can render almost any villain helpless to defend itself.

Screw whup-***. Next time you're taking on a boss, open up a big can of Focus.

Combat Jump - Nice to have Immob and KB protect at lvl 7(Karma KB)

Full Auto - Reminds me of playing Mutant Chronicles RPG. Our phrase was "Rip a clip"

Trip Mine - Yes it is my Old School AR/DEV Blaster. I call it my Awesome Button

Cloaking Device - Nice

Also, Sleet, Ice Rain, Blizzard and run away

Evard's Spiked Tentacles of Forced Intrusion.

Oh, well, okay, so I don't have that one. But if I could, I would. /em evilgrinwithhandwringing

In the meanwhile, Foot Stomp takes the cake, and quite handily, for all my tanks.

For my fire blaster, it's Fire Breath, the boss melter.

I'll focus on the "too much" part of the question and leave out the fact that I love all my awesome electric/electric/electric blaster powers... because my love for them is not too much!
However...

Bile Spray

...Assault Bot...

Foot Stomp

Knockout Blow

Propel

And... I have to admit... I really love the occasional Jumpkick!!
(And that one hits the too much part right on the head!)

Caltrops, nothing like only having the mob run away.

Ignite, a burn I can place with nary a end cost-at least with my build.

I am taking my sig to MWO and MWT. Let them wonder what it means.

In retrospect, another fave is a rather specialized use of plain old Brawl. Try using this on a weapon-using toon with a pirate peg-leg. Because, well, sometimes your hands are full... and you just have to poke someone in the groin with the peg...

My brain always inserts a very cartoonish *POINK!!!* sound every time it happens.

Edit: someone earlier mentioned Tenebrous Tentacles when used on large enemy models. Even better? Spirit Shark Jaws used on the Hamidon nucleus... "DAAAAAMMNN, that's a FREEKIN' BIG FISH!!!"

Twilight Grasp - Love the tug and momentum of that power... drain your souuuuul!
Static Field - More draining and leeching!
Siphon Speed - Again, I have this thing for "what was yours is now mine" power clearly
Cobra Strike
X-Ray Beam - from my hands?!? C'mon pew pew pew!
Confuse - I don't know why but I've always found the swaying hands and lean incredibly creepy!
Invincibility - Just screams "I'm a hero!"

Ahh, reminds me. My shield/stone melee tank. Hurl's impressive with two hands, ripping up a chunk of road to throw at someone. On shield? *One* handed. And it still knocks someone back into the wall.

>.> My SS/WP Brute - with bright pink hair - has Kick from the fighting pool. I have won both NPC and PVP fights with that as the last attack. And yes, she's *just* the right height that you're pretty sure someone's singing soprano now.

Rebirth Core Epiphany: Amerikatt's dream (and signature) power (which I had hoped for for years), it is an AoE 800 HP heal, +Max HP, 60' radius, 255 targets.

Glowing Touch: The power which started the Amerikatt legend! AK had already healed over 3.92 MILLION HP (at 400 HP per application to single targets) by the time that Rebirth Core Epiphany was bestowed upon her by The Great Cat Mother!

And, of course, just for the LOLz:

Pulsar: I cannot help but chuckle everytime this AoE stun causes the NPCs to stagger back and forth, their heads bathed in a nimbus of light!

Hmm..though choice.

I love Confuse/Deceive. The animation always creeps me out and the power itself is just lots of fun, especially with the contagious confusion proc.

Ice Slick..it's just fun.

Knock Out Blow, the old animation. Just looks cool.

X-Ray beam. LASER EYE BEAMS DUDE

Fire Sword Circle: Too much damage, and the sound effect is just perfect since most of the minions drop dead after it anyways.

Photon Torpedo: For reasons mentioned before.

Energy Melee: All of it really. Something about the glowing pom poms of doom.

Nova: The only end-crashing nuke I love.

Hail of Bullets: Just looks so damn cool.

Headsplitter - It just looks so brutal, like you're about to cleave someone in twain.
Carrior Creepers - Tentacles!!!
Seeds of Confusion - I just love this power.
Rain of Fire - Or just any rain, i love them
Thunderous Blast - I love the animation on this, it looks so powerful building up then BOOOM! a roar of thunder.
Oil Slick Arrow - The only power i don't hate in the trick arrow set, and i LOVE it Burn baby burn.

And many more
The new judgement power is makign me titter like a little schoolgirl each time i fire it off.

My first and foremost love is the tier 9 in every mastermind primary, but especially the one in Robotics. The level of difference in game-play that one power makes is awe-inspiring, and so are some of the animations, like the glowing skulls of demon summoning, or the rocket-launcher backpack on the assault-bot, or the suddenly amazingly stylish clothes for the thugs.

I feel about Hide, Superior Invisibility, Invisibility, and/or Superspeed with a +stealth proc the way most people feel about their travel power: it's the power I can't feel super without. To me, it's absolutely essential that I get to start the fight when I want and on my terms. (*mumble mumble Rikti drones and Nemesis snipers mumble mumble*)

I'm also extraordinarily fond of Darkest Night, but that's just because it's just barely this side of the line marked "completely overpowered."

And I love Freezing Rain so much that I've described Storm Summoning as "Freezing Rain plus a couple of utility powers."

Energy Transfer - I love that animation and the sound effects and then BOOM!
Crane Kick - Nothing like fighting somewhere high and using that as a finishing move

I have a giant robot tanker with that power, and I love it. Makes me imagine I'm doing some kind of Big O style mega-punch on the guy, especially if it finishes them with that hit.

I love using Brawl as a finishing move on my War Mace/Shield Brute. Whether he ends up hitting the guy with his shield or kicks him in the gut, at the end of the day he's still a BA.

I love using the following combo on low-level Mind Control/Psionic Assault Dominators: Mesmerize+Mind Probe (To interrupt the Mesmerize)+Dominate! Evil!

Also the aforementioned Soul Storm is the sexiest Hold in the game. Propel is great fun and Ion Judgement. Kudos to the devs for giving us the awesomeness of Ion Judgement!

Water Spout- on my MA stalker, very Naruto-ish "Water Style, Water Spout Justsu"

Swoop- on a Minimum height character. Not sure what it is about squirrel shots that make us laugh.

Kick- on a stone Tanker/brute with rooted on. I kick you in the groin with a boulder on my foot. Again it's the shot to the twig and berries.

We all have a bit of a twinge when it happens, but laugh anyway.
