Wisp Aura?

Is this new? When I log characters into Test I get a costume part unlocked message saying I have WhispAuraIncentive available at the tailor.

So ... what, we need to launch the game with the NCSoft Launcher once in order to unlock the Wisps Aura? When will this be in effect?

Okay--downloading the launcher now. Can I get a quick walkthru on how to access test via THAT launcher?

Happy to provide some testing for this. Was able to test that WITHOUT the launcher, it currently is NOT available on test for my characters. Would like to now test and see if it is using the launcher.

Edit: Nevermind. Seeing all three options for live, test and beta in my launcher window. Testing now to see if I do indeed get the new part unlocked.

Second Edit: Pretty cool aura. One thing that stands out is how far beyond the body the wisps travel for the body version of the aura. Also like how the eyes are more of a vaporous glow. Will this be an aura--like those from booster packs--that is available from level 1?

Installed the launcher. Booted up test. Didn't even need to log into a character, the part was already unlocked and ready. Here's a pic of it being used on one of my mains.

I installed and used the Launcher and then checked out the wisps aura as I was hopeful and excited to see if this aura would be THE aura I was looking for. :P Since there isn't a feedback thread yet, I'll post my thoughts here.

I think the overall aura is pretty cool and I'll put it to use. However, I am disappointed that there is another aura doesn't have an eye glow that plays well with hats. I posted feedback in the appropriate places to get an aura that did play well based on the glows in the quote below.

And as you can see, it does not play well with hats. Please either update the Wisps aura to do so or in the future, release an eye glow that doesn't look like this with hats.
