It's a butt-saver. I've used it to hide from patrols when I have absolutely no health. I've also used it for AFK purposes when I'm not sure if wandering enemies are located. I've also used it to indicate I'm AFK in roleplay; nothing says "AFK" like fading to black!

Ah, i can see the AFK, but my experience using it for shadowy resting has been that by the time it takes effect i'm already back to full health and endurance. Still, if Rest is recharging i can see how it would be useful to hide from patrols while waiting for natural regen ticks to do their work.

In my experience, when I hit it and walked away, when I came back I had dropped out of the stealth, leading me to believe it only lasted a couple minutes at best.

based on how the power works, i basically just consider it useless and never even put it on my power trays
sprint, brawl, the origin inherent, rest, and this power pretty much never see the light of day on my power trays because i never use them
I used it during the GR beta to keep the constant ambushes away

And Brawl is useful for Brutes if you have any, as a zero endurance filler attack spammed between normal attacks to keep up Fury.

Sprint is useful during early levels for my squishier characters, but on the tank mentioned above, I use it for stealth (thanks to Unbounded Leap's bonus power).
Rest, well, gets used a LOT by me. Hats off to ya, Necrotech Master.
Oh, and shadowy presence.
It's good for RP on characters that it fits with (and for hiding during a quick AFK), so I'm not going to knock it.

I wish Shadowy Presence was an aura. I don't think its fair the Devs balanced SPs awesome appearance by limiting it to 5 minutes at a time.
I used it for some screenshots. That was useful and about the only time I ever used it besides accidently hitting it.
I think it's the only thing I never put in my power tray.

Has anyone found a situation where Shadowy Presence is useful yet?
i still give it some thought every now and again, but so far haven't found a use aside from doing emotes as an inky blot while remaining otherwise completely stationary.
(Yes, Shadowy Presence was part of Issue 18 and Going Rogue, but no use for it was found before 19 was released, so i'm hoping one of the issues eventually adds something that makes the power relevant.)
