I19 Preload Has Begun

It has? I just logged onto live, then quit to desktop and nothing happened...
Proof please. Stuck at work can't check. (On phone)
I logged for a break just a moment ago after some rikti invasion fun, and the pre-load started up for me. It's still going now, significant size. Really starting to think I19 will skip beta and just get released right after the invasion. 
Works for me, thanks demobot. Now, how long before release do preloads usually start?
That I don't know. ParagonWiki doesn't have the dates for previous preloads. All we have to go on are closed beta start dates and release dates. My guess for a release date is December 7th, for several reasons (hint: Why was Issue 12 released on May 20, 2008?)

I'm looking at November 16th, but I think that's my optimism talking. Perhaps the 30th?
It's begun EU side as well.
I think it'll be the 30th. It can't be the week before, patches like this usually come on a Tuesday (as Monday is the day they finalize if they can go patch) and they wouldn't apply a major patch that close to Thanksgiving (Pro: Less tech/customer support needed. Con: Less chance to play during holidays.) And I doubt they'd launch on -that- day against -that- coming expansion.
So weird I played until almost midnight last night and nothing happened after I logged off. Jumped on this morning (for longer than I should have) and when I logged off wham-o the download starts.
All I can say is. . . bring it on! I have some builds I cannot wait to tweak with inherent fitness!

Popped onto test today I 19 is on there had a quick look at things also the new stuff on powers looks like fun

well it appears to download and apply the same patch on EU test (both the pre-download and the patch applied were 189 meg)
Edit: will report back whether issue 19 is actually available though.

Meh, no access to Test for me. But hey, at least they FINALLY got rid of the two no-nonexistant servers that were still sat there perma-greyed out. Theres only 'EU Training Room' now. Nice to see.
Oh, and the Test server seems to think my gfx drivers are out of date, while the main game doesnt...derpy thing.

My updater can't seem to connect to Test. Will try Live to grab the preload, but I'm not all that excited about it. I can't install the preload, and probably won't be able to for another month, and my chances of seeing early Beta are nil, what with me not being a very good Beta tester.
I can see how this would be an important milestone designating the approaching release, but it's still miles away from actual release and as such isn't all that exciting.

Ok finally got on US test and...I do believe Prof Radburn was pulling out collective leg, I saw none of the new emination point tech when creating a new character for the blast sets and there was no popup to confirm that the new mender contact was in Oroborous, looking around Oroborous I couldn't find him, even checked the little islands.
