Any way to force the preload? My game locks up after logging out so the updater doesn't start for me

Oddly enough, I downloaded the preload twice. I specifically made sure to download it on Saturday. All 182 megabytes downloaded. Then when I logged off yesterday, it downloaded the Issue 19 preload again, all 182 megabytes. After it finished, I checked the City of Heroes game directory, and there was only one 182 megabyte file in the directory. Weird.

Like I said in another thread the "wrong Issue number" happens fairly often with these predownloads. I've seen that mistake happen in several other predownloads before. I wouldn't worry about that typo too much - the multiple downloads is the real problem to be concerned about.

After logging out tonight, the thing started the pre-download AGAIN. I stopped it - but damn it, it had already started replacing the previous pre-download majorpatch thing.
Well. Instead of doing this over and over again, I guess I'll copy that majorpatch thing to another folder for safekeeping, and the next time a pre-download starts I'll click that nice 'Quit' button and sit back and laugh and laugh.
Well, so far it's only downloaded once for me.
Just downloaded the Issue 19 pre-patch for a fourth time. This is sure getting annoying.

Are people actually getting issue 19? I continue to get one for 18 nearly every time I log out.

Has anyone who keeps re downloading tried running the updater with the -mp option so it goes straight into major patch mode?
