The demo...doesn't quite leave a good impression. The demo itself was far too short, and doesn't showcase what X-COM is about. Furthermore, the textures were very muddy, there was too much mouse acceleration, and the graphical options was very limited
But you know what? I'm still excited about this game. All the video feed and live streams have convinced me that this is a worthy successor to X-COM. If my issues with it aren't resolved in the final product, I'll be slightly upset but if the gameplay holds up then I'm willing to overlook it. Then I'll be upset later. Much later -
All of the Fourze's costume design are too much of a turn off for me. Wizard looks pretty neat but I still need to finish Gokaiger first

I wonder if they're going to craft a new story or just adapt the sentai. I'm hoping for the former. RPM was great but Goseiger was just so dull and forgettable

Huh, not the choices I would have made at all. One thing to note is that your AoE defense is only going to be 40.X% when powerboost wears off, so it's not really softcapped. -
This is the build I'm planning to use on mine. It's a bit more end heavy but I haven't had any issues with it so far

I personally prefer Dark Mastery over Soul on my Fire/Time corruptor.
When paired with Agility, all of my defensive toggles push me over the softcap. Combine that with Time's Junction and you'll be pretty close to the Incarnate softcap. While it's nice to reach, and exceed, those numbers with power-poost, Dark Mastery has far more utility to me. Like Dark Consumption for end management and the ability to perma Soul Drain. There's even a rez if you have a spare power selection.
Another nice thing bout Agility is that the extra recharge means perma-hasten and perma-Chrono Shift is much easier -
I personally like the show, but I seem to be bias towards Butch Hartman's work. Watched Fairly Odd Parents and Danny Phantom almost religiously during my middle and high school years

I don't really care about the site anyway (never heard of it before today), and I already know the good and bad about City (and tell everyone I know who doesn't play about City), and I already know City is better than those two competitors (having first-hand experience) sssoooooo... no big loss.

Still waiting for my reply from official support. Seems like I'm alone in this. Another observation on my part. Had to say up from 1AM to 8 AM due to class related projects. No mapserve error during those hours. Apparently, those are my optimum hours to play. Not sure if I love this game that much to play during those time

This seems to be a problem that popped up a couple of days ago. I'm constantly losing connection to the map server. Netgraph is always green so no network latency. Oddly enough if I log in with my 2nd account, I can see my primary account standing there but the "Loosing connection to mapserver" words will be on his game screen. Don't know if that means anything

Here's my current rig stats
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E4700 @ 2.60GHz (2 CPUs), ~3.0GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT
I'm planning to upgrade to a GTX 470 soon but I'm concerned that my old CPU will be bottle-necking it.
If so, then my other question is should I bother upgrading it? I'm aware that it's an aging MB so should I save up and go with a MB + CPU overhaul? -
Any way to force the preload? My game locks up after logging out so the updater doesn't start for me

I have this same problem and I'm running Win7 so it's not limited to XP. I also lock up whenever I exit an SG base. Do you guys have this problem as well?

I had problems with the new drivers as well. Running an 8800 GT. The new drivers caused me to freeze everytime I entered an SG base, rolling back to 257.21 fixed it
