To my knowledge the Devs haven't made a statement about it one way or the other. I guess it's possible the devs stated that in the closed beta forums but I'd be kinda surprised if they aren't palnnign to give out freespecs.

I just thought that it was *theoretically* possible that someone would have a source for the rumor or a link to whatever it was that someone misunderstood.
I haven't heard confirmation or denial on wether or not we'd be getting two respecs with I19m but I know we're gonna get at least one. not sure how they would give 2 freespecs, since there's no mechanic for freespecs stacking.

They give freespecs when they tweak a power. They're removing an entire powerset from the game next issue. Of course we'll get a freespec.

I heard that mobs will get to use the fitness pool as well but they will also have to respec. I heard from some people that were in closed beta, that I cannot name, that alot of times mobs would just be sitting there letting you pound on them and getting killed while they were doing their respec.
This bug alone will set back I19 another 3 weeks so dont look for it anytime soon.
