Mako! and you need to do all 3 arcs so you get Usurper as well.
I find Scirocco or Ghost Widow to be the most interesting. Black Scorpion was the easiest, and Mako I didn't really find that memorable.

Fonts of power are fun. How could you ever forget them?
Because it's a slighty different version of a lower level Strike Force. Just wasn't that exciting for me.

So yeah, if you're planning to do the entire arc series, don't do Mako unless you enjoy frustration.
Scirocco is my favorite to run with GW coming in second.
I run Black Scorpion when I just want to get it over with.

Ghost Widow's arc is, in my opinion, the best written of the series. Though it does involve fighting Ghost Widow, which can suck (fighting Scirocco sucks too.)
So maybe I misunderstood how it works.
I can run all 4 of the Patron Arcs on one character? If thats the case are they all fun?

There's three steps to each arc - gaining the Patron's trust (that gives you the first badge), getting the pieces for Project DESTINY (no badge), and then actually going through Project DESTINY (yields the Usurper badge; every arc is slightly different, but all end with fighting Recluse.)
The Usurper badge is required to start the LRSF (only the team leader needs it, not the entire team.)

Ghost Widow's and Scorpion's are easiest.
Scirroco's is good if you're elec armor, tons and tons of Mus, you will be sapped.
Mako's is pretty good except for the friggin' power fonts. God I hate them, but if you like soloing EB's then go for it.
you only have to go through the first 5 or 6 missions before you get the respec/PPP, but fighting recluse at the end is fun.
I really enjoyed Ghost Widow's arc.
Of course, it's the only one I've run, but it was highly entertaining.

As for the mission you're talking about, it's clear I did forget it. I've done it on two characters and it never stuck out as being terribly hard or fun or memorable.

I have done Sciro, Scorpion and GW for different toons.
Short summaries:
Black Scorpion - easiest. He only looks tuff. 
GW - medium difficulty. There's a reason why Statesman Task Force targets her first. She will mez you crazy if you give her a chance.
Sciro - more difficult. A lot more AVs than Scorpion and Widow with 1 goddess thrown in. Involves breaking her barrier. 
Sciro is no pushover either. If you have a shield brute, you get a shield unlocked.
I have done Mako's font mish with a friend. Unless you can stealth to the end, you end up fighting tons of coralax. Also known as the mish of debt. I recommend KB protection.
If you want to speed thru and unlock epic, go Black S. Otherwise, GW or Sciro.
Black Scorpion is a buddy. The answer is obvious.

Please note that, if you *DO* decide to take any of the powers, doing ANY patron arc unlocks ALL the patron pools. You don't have to plan around which power you might want.
If you're ONLY interested in the story line, personally, I liked Ghost Widow's arc.

Another vote for GW. Quite enjoyable. Not frustrating.
Here's my take.
If you just want to unlock the patron epics, and do the first arc, then GW is the choise, followed closely by Black Scorpion.
GW is pretty quick, I frequently do the last mission of the first arc by doing nothing! You can train enough KOA on Skippy, or whatever that EB's name is, that they do the killing for you. Dr. Quatrexin from BS's arc is a pretty straightforward EB to beat.
If you're looking to test your mettle against a lot of tough foes, I suggest Scirocco. The named bosses (Ice Mistral, Serafina and many more) are a solid challenge, especially if you're looking to test your AV soloing skillz.
If you're looking for simplicity to unlock LRSF, perhaps GW wins again. I have a special affection for her 3rd arc because you get to kidnap MST3K characters.
I can only advise Mako if there's either some RP thing you want to adhere to, or you just want to do the arc to experience it. I for one, usually do Mako with Stalkers, just because fighting him is fun, you take turns placating each other (the fonts though, SUCK). I also can't advise Scorp all the way either, just because of those mole machines. That's a mission I turn to -1, put a high dps attack on auto and walk away.
Global = Hedgefund (or some derivation thereof)
I like Scirocco personnally the best. Most AV's than the others. I usually do Mako or GW if it is just to get the powers unloaked.
I can't believe no one mentioned that on top of the badge, you get a free respec while do this. That is awesome.
Sirricco and GW seem to have the best stories, based on what I've heard.

Hi there.
In my badge wanders around the red side it occurs to me that I should run a Patron Arc.
I have no intention of actually taking the Patron Powers and imagine I won't be coming back to Rogues once I am done my exploring.
So I was wondering which one do you think is the funnest.
I know that is relatively subjective but figure it is worth asking.
If it makes any difference I will be on my Fire/Emp who has yet to meet a foe that can best her....too often that is. (Yeah, I'm looking at you Malta...stupid Sappers.)
So let me know which it should be.
