Judging by his performance in Inception, I can't accurately predict a villain who would fit.... so... here are my choices based on other criteria.
Most likely choice: Riddler.
Who I want see: Clock King. Batman TAS style.

I don't think I've seen anything with him, so I'm not sure what he is "fit for" but I hope to god the villain isn't the Riddler... Especially since 9/10 plebes don't know the difference between the Joker and the Riddler aside from outfit.

Maybe Ishould retype out (and save) my idea on how to incorporate The Riddler into Nolan's Universe without him seeming to be a Joker Clone.
A one sentence summary: make him test Bat's mental/detective ability while trying to suss out his real identity.

You know Hugo Strange or Prometheus would be interesting villains to include in a batman movie.
