Skull masks, Carnie pieces, and Tsoo masks & long skirts like the Tsoo sorcerers wear have been requested since before the hardsuits and Kheldians even existed. They should definitely be at the front of the queue.

I'm very disappointed in David's backpedal That quote clearly says something very different.

I want all those things but what I want the MOST is *all* of the Mender pieces - the shoulder pieces, emblem, belt, belt with leg piece, etc. I'll take Mender stuff really. :P

I don't expect long robes/skirts due to animation issues but skull masks, sashes, Carnie masks and bits, Mender bits all that type of stuff will go a long way. I'll be disappointed too if we don't get some of those things.

Since we have been waiting literally forever, I reiterate that we need Carnival-style masks, and also other full face masks such as Noh-type masks would be extremely welcome to say the very least.

These can be faces, or they can be Detail 1 or Detail 2, whatever, just please make with the full-face masks already. I would in fact buy a full-face mask PACK with about 20 different masks in it.

Or, "Carnival costume booster pack." Make it happen.

This, please!!
They should give those pieces as reward for unlocking the Incarnate system with the arc from Mender Ramiel.
I love the shoulders, belt and chest emblem. We should get this to make our own Ouroboros costume.

Costume creator is one of my favorite things about this game and one of the most boring boring these days(for me)...can we get some new skin colors and maybe some Carnie gear? I'd love to see some backpack/jewelry in game...maybe even some "flair"

If you've seen my whopping 2 other posts on this subject, you know what I'm about to say...

JETPACKS!

Need 'em as a back detail, incompatible with capes and wings, can be crafted like rocket boots.

As we used to say in the first grade when persuading someone: I'll be your best friend!

Many (most?) of us are willing to pay for a booster pack or other add-on that includes these parts. There are some threads on the forum where a great deal of support for this has been expressed. I hope you will consider prioritizing this as there seems to be great demand. Thanks for all of your effort!

He said they'd *like* to. No backpedaling there. And it's quite in line with a reply I'd gotten from Jay a bit over a year ago now, where - while he'd like to - they were keeping him too busy on new stuff.

Plus some of the points brought up in the thread talking about it, how people would like to keep the *old* stuff as is - there's a lot of work involved, I'd imagine, from art, UI, reworking the menus again (and all the pieces that would break,) etc.

I don't know if you were in CoH Beta or not, but back in Beta we had the full spectrum of colors available for skin for a while. At that time the female toons still had... um... "pokies" we shall call them. Unfortunately for the rest of us, people started making toons with identical pink skin and pink tight colors and naming them along the line of "Playmate", "Playboy Bunny", "Ms September", etc.

I don't know exactly why all the skin colors options were pulled for sure, but I strongly suspect the two events were related.

And, yes; if NOTHING else...We NEED Mender costume parts! Please? D=

This needs to be said here too.

It also needs to be remembered that no matter what you put in a new issue, if there are no new costumes a large portion of us (the players) are going to be pissed.

Also as much as I am willing to pay for boosters (have them all) I really don't want to see all of the new costumes come in the form of boosters.

I may not always have time for new content (TFs, missions, and the like), but I do tend to have time to play with costumes. So new costumes really are content for those of us that are short on time, but still want to enjoy the game.

I am not a fan of the carnie parts (for male toons, which is all I play), the mender costumes are cool, but the Clockwork in the i19 pics are just AMAZING. I want those parts sooooo bad!

I do certainly want the skull like Clockwork face in the i19 pic. /drool

But I want the Mender stuff more. I know, how about both! I just can't imagine the pieces for the Mender gear being hard to give us except maybe for the belt that extends to the leg piece. Everything else seems pretty straight forward and look to be custom made to work on player models, not baked into existing art like how Tsoo and Hellion gear is. I could be wrong of course but I'm pretty savvy on the costume editor and those pieces really do look like something you could edit in there. Same with the Clockwork stuff.

This sounds OK conceptually but I just don't know if I'd want to do that for ALL characters where you couldn't get the piece until level 50 at the earliest. Maybe if it was unlocked across the account afterwards?

Personally, I'd like to see NPC costume pieces tied to NPC defeat (and other) badges... or even as craftables (for non-combat NPCs)

Hellion and Carnie masks, Pocket D Hostess thigh high variant, PPD (Paragon) pieces, etc.

Apparently, I play "City of Shakespeare"
*Arc #95278-Gathering the Four Winds -3 step arc; challenging - 5 Ratings/3 Stars (still working out the kinks)
*Arc #177826-Lights, Camera, Scream! - 3 step arc, camp horror; try out in 1st person POV - 35 Ratings/4 Stars

I don't follow all the costume threads, and I've done a casual search and have not found this addressed in any thread, but could you please make gloves and boots to match the Angelic Plus, Excess Plus and Hearts Plus from the Wedding Pack? I think the Hearts and Angelic textures are great, some of my favorites, but it makes me sad there is no matching gloves or boots for them. That seems like such an unintentional design oversight for an otherwise wonderful pack.

I wouldn't mind either. I just don't like level restricted like say.. Vanguard. It's super annoying to have to wait to 35, even tho you can enter RWZ at any level now. I don't mind defeat ones if you can get help at any level. My steampunk guy got the Nemesis rifle at level 10 or something due to having some help. It was a challenge but worth it. Even better are some craftables due to not being level restricted. Extra few steps to take and hoops to jump through but at least I CAN do it at level 1 if I'm dedicated enough to the concept to get the piece.

I'm kind of pleased this has been cleared up, because converting old parts is exactly what I thought you were talking about. I thought I was going to be seeing Carnie Masks and Freakshow hair in the coming issues. I can't deny I'm disappointed, but I'll likely enjoy whatever it is we get.

Please, just a few hats that don't cover up the cat ears. I loved Top Cat's straw hat because his ears stuck through.

Plus, the ability to wear any (or almost any) hairstyle under the hats.

I think it'd be a fantastically fun and well-recieved issue.
Tying the theme together like this makes me smell a booster pack coming.

I get that you're all excited about your new enemy group designs, and a lot of them do look nice, and those options are nice to have on players, but keep in mind that some of us are still attached to the older enemy groups. We've been creating characters based on those concepts for years now, we're not going to just abandon them for a new shiny.

Honestly, this trend toward new shiny-chasing while ignoring repeated player requests for older stuff to be polished up and revamped and improved and fixed is my big pet peeve with the development direction of this game in general.

You know, the more I think about it, Enemy Costume packs would probably sell pretty well, if you could put a fair amount of content into each. Say, a couple or three factions per, depending on how many pieces you could liberate for each.

That'd be worth money to me, and I bet quite a number of other folks... as long as you don't cheap out on us like the party pack. :(

/that...it really cannot be that hard to do! Although BaB's is gone so the movement on the new gear might take some extra time to work out
