To NCSoft Support regarding the EU servers

Strange enough, i still can acces the NCstore from my computer nor any other in my network.

If i go to some direct link to a product, i get a weird (as if CSS is fully missing) page that has the login link, but clicking sends me to a 'cant display page' or again a fully broken page.

I turn on my US proxy, all loads perfectly. On the other hand, maybe the server just having serious loading issues due everyone buying GR (im not ).

Stupid enough our topics in Tech.issues are flooded by the 'general Going Rogue error topics', no redname ever gonna reply to the store, serial key or DNS issues.

at some point i used to purchase additional time with NCSoft game time cards (they are good for all NCSoft game), though i'm not sure if they sell it in the US or if the ones over there are good for an EU game, and i can see it can be a pain to order from EU every two months

Find a UK based friend and order to go to their address. I've helped MaX sort time cards for MMOs before that way

I don't know if this helps any but I've noticed that when I use my Quit macro, which should take me to the purchase site for CoH, Firefox blocks the site, and labels it Untrusted Connection.

Looks as though whoever is in charge of web security at NC needs to have a serious look at policy and procedure, because trial accounts being actively told the website they want to spend £/$/e on is... mind boggling.

Yup, DNS and security certificate is yet fooked up again.

And no redname response or acknowledgement of the problem with the Cert, DNS or the uncertainity with packs.

I'm going to Report this post myself in an attempt to Summon Redname who can clear up the technical issues with all of these things.

I sent 4 PM's, 2 support tickets, several topics.. what do i get?

A freaking PM from a stupid moderator telling me i'm not allowed to name that 'other MMO' on these boards.

Again cant acces the whole ncsoft.com crap again, no change of my Aion account, no extra booster pack for my US account.. I cant even send a freaking trial-invite to friends who want to see the game.

Please, all the money you get from EU sales of Going Rogue, spend it on a PROPER system manager and PROPER hardware.

After about three weeks of going backwards and forwards in multiple directions, it seems that the payment issues have been resolved. Here's what I learned:

Paypal does not work in the US for international transactions through the PlayNC Store, though is "something we are hoping to change."

In addition, the anti-fraud systems for purchasing items cross currency using credit cards are incredibly sensitive, but can be overridden with the right support (which makes sense. The last thing anyone wants is their credit card info leaked and used for these kinds of things. But, this is obviously a pain when you're the name on the card you're using and this happens, <laugh>).

Lastly, patience and perseverance can accomplish most things with the right attitude.

Although some of the Fraud prevention systems cannot be overridden (I'm limited to only a few transactions per day without causing red flags), I have been able to get the Going Rogue Complete Collection and one of the five Boosters without a hitch. My intention is to get the remaining serials as the Fraud Protection allows.

I want to thank you guys for your support in finding suggestions and also not being as flame stormy as this could have potentially been.

Now, if we can bring to light and fix the security issues that I'm seeing other people having with the site, all should be well it would seem.

It annoys me to no end how much the MMO I like best totally sucks at things like that and drives players away.
(Including the most idiotic decision of making it two isolated disjoint games for US and EU, and stubbornly refusing to fix that)
