To NCSoft Support regarding the EU servers

When I try to get a European pack for my European account from the U.S. website (since I'm located in California), I just have to click on the "Buy Now" button.
This takes me to the NCsoft Master Account login page.
Upon entering my login details, I land on a page that lists all game accounts eligible to receive that pack as an upgrade and all I have to do is select one of those accounts regardless of their territory since the NCsoft store will automatically assign a code corresponding to the account's territory.
It shouldn't be working differently for someone in Europe trying to get a North American pack. Let me know if it is!

When i've bought the party/GR item packs i had the same as Av come up. The option to apply the party pack to either the NA account or the EU account, but the GR item pack was only available for the EU account since thats my GR account. No problems here for me

Things like Boosters used to be region locked a few weeks ago anyway, if they changed how it works for Boosters and Expansions they never bothered posting / explaining about it AFAIK, hence everyones confusion and relucatance.
Since I'm a European player with a US account the automatic region detection of the NCSoft site horribly discriminates against me, refusing to let me pick a US version on all the booster packs.
